First, spike out the mental aspects of the boy (mental and emotional spikes, preferably Atium) Then soulcast the body into wood. The awaken it in a way that would accept spikes, wasting a large amount of Breaths, and put the spikes back in, resulting in an insane creature with shattered pieces of memories of its prior existence.
