Did they create it, or merely inhabit it? If the latter, was it created similar to the cymatic cities we've seen? The Sibling claims that the Oathgates do not belong to them, so they were likely added later by Radiants. This would explain why the Gate at Narak is unharmed despite the shattering AND why it doesn't fit in with the cymatic pattern (no Oathgate does, hinting that they were place there much later in time). It seems that the KR (or atleast the humans) decided where to place it: Quote Though many wished Urithiru to be built in Alethela, it was obvious that it could not be.
