Lesser spren
I noticed bones seem to have a relationship to identity, as we see with Melaan feeling the need to imitate a dog while wearing it's bones and kelseir only being able to come back to life by spiking his skeleton. This connection could be cosmere wide as bloodsealers need bones to create their own skeletals and even need human bones for it to complete certain tasks. Are there perhaps any examples of bones I missed
lacrossedeamon
Tamu Keks, fainlife bones that possibly work like spanreeds? Dakhor monk abilities are obviously tied to bones as well. It's one of the Ten Essences and possibly related to 13th Aether. The '13th' Aether is White Sand. It's mentioned that 'Bone Spores' are a myth due to no one being certain whether it's white, black or white and black.

While I do think there is a connection there that is speculation only.

But it also harkens back to how fainlife was described. White almost powdery material not unlike spores. I’d reckon, given that we know aethers and the fain both resided on yolen and both predate the shattering, that this ancient lost spore could be fain. here is me calling it x amount of years early: fainlife is the adonolsium of the aethers Edited January 30, 2023 by i’m in the details
