+Oltux72
Telsin died. Her corpse was to be seen. But did she fully die? She was an avatar of Autonomy, wasn't she? Does that make her a sliver with the inherent ability to persist as a Cognitive Shadow? If that question were answered in the affirmative and I were prone to betting, my money would be on her not going into the Beyond.

To become a Cognitive Shadow through Ascension, you need to have held either a full Shard or most of their power, like taking a dip into the Well of Ascension. As I'm pretty sure from the lack of UNLIMITED COSMIC POWER! That Telsin did not hold a significant fraction of Autonomy's power. Plus if Autonomy just casually gave up the kind of power that would let all of her Avatars dribble entire planets then she wouldn't have much left for herself. Which as a Certified Control Freak, seems quite antithesis to her preferences. So no, I don't think Telsin is coming back. Just a guess though.
Frustration
Telsin died because Autonomy withdrew her investiture, so I doubt it.
RedBlue
I doubt we will be seeing any more of Telsin. Most of what made her interesting as an antagonist was her personal relationship with Wax. There’s no narrative reason for her to still be around in Era 3.
