When those updates come. Currently: No experience. Mid confidence in sight reading. Mid -1 confidence in rhythm. No confidence in improvisation. What could go wrong :D. My experience: moderate Sight reading: those notes are suggestions anyway, right? Channelknight Fadran Posted November 4, 2022 Author Report Share Posted November 4, 2022 My experience: much (but weak) Sight reading: If you see me with sheet music it's to figure out what the first few notes are. I will play by ear as soon as I wrap my head around the key and funk Improv: 99 percent. Incapable of contrary motion and just mashes full octave chords all the time with my left. Right hand does whatever it wants in the meantime. Rhythm: "have a tendency to overcomplicate things and get confused" Groove: I have fun. Doesn't mean I'm good at it.
