Kandra and Savantism

When an allomancer (or Feruchemical compounder) uses their powers enough, they can accidentally suffuse their spiritweb with investiture, which can lead to changes in the physical realm. However, Kandra are able to manipulate their physical aspect, as well as having mutable spiritwebs.

If a Kandra were to become a savant, would they be able to easily scrub away the negative changes? Or would the changes made to their spiritweb instead damage their ability to change themselves and assume different forms?

They might become more apt at mimicking a specific form, like having a new native form instead of mistwraith
