Good afternoon again, so on this topic I wanted to know what kind of creative names Lerasium Alloys may have. Also if this topic does contain spoilers, I apologize in advance. I do not know how to work my way around. If I remember correctly from other forums and such, Lerasium Alloys practically gives the ability of the metal it's alloyed with, example, a Lerasium-Steel alloy would create a powerful Coinshot. Personally a creative name I have for a Lerasium-Pewter alloy is Pyolasium. What are some names y'all guys would give? Assuming of course, they aren't already named. Please excuse my ill-informed self.

Hello again, this time I bring you the first part of the fanfic. I plan to publish it in full once it's finished, but would appreciate feedback on the prose. In Spanish, I imitated Sanderson's type of writing, however, when it comes to translation, I can see how adaptation can have some problems. I used Google Doocks Auto Translate and spent half the month fixing what I noticed was wrong, but I still have some questions. In Spanish we usually try to avoid repeating words, especially pronouns. As we have words that refer to the person themselves, such as: "He carried his leather backpack, a wooden plate on his chest, his purse and a dueling staff that he hid behind the tentacles of his cloak." in Spanish it is "Llevaba su mochila de cuero, una placa de madera en el pecho, su monedero y un bastón de duelo que ocultaba detrás de los tentáculos de su capa" And I was wondering if the extra pronouns were normal, or just me not knowing how to adapt the text correctly. Also, the protagonist name, Calima, is synonymous with a specific type of fog, which unfortunately has no English version, and I was wondering if it would be better to leave it that way, or call it mist, fog, or haze. This is a Fanfic that I worked on during all of 2023 as a writing exersice My goal was to try my hand at creating characters, and character arcs for them, being in an original story. For that, I took scadrial, the planet where Mistborn takes place, and decided to create a story in a almost fictitional remote city (If you know the final empire map, you may be able to see were the story takes place at). The story is about Calima, a beggar who is found by a skaa gang and recruited to help them in their goal of passing themselves off as nobility, all while she learns to use her powers from Andés, a lurcher. I'll try to post an English version as soon as I am able to. And you might wonder, why did I put so much effort into the PFD presentation, trying to imitate a real book? It was mainly because I wanted to test myself if I was capable of creating an apealing cover. (And since I spent a year on this, I want it to look as good as possible) Fragil como la niebla.pdf

So at the time of writing this I have read a good amount of the cosmere. I'm up to date on Stormlight, Mistborn, White Sand, Warbreaker, and Elantris, but I still don't know where most of the shards are. I've looked on the wiki and it shows that we know where most of the shards are, but I've only been able to identify 6 direct appearances. Preservation and Ruin appear in Mistborn era 1. Automation appears in era 2. Then Honor, Cultivation, and Odium appear in Stormlight. The only other times I can remember more shards being named was Sazed's notes in Stormlight. I haven't seen any shards mentioned in White Sand or Warbreaker at all, but somehow according to the wiki we know the shards of those planets already??? Sorry if this is a bit of a dumb question but I'm at a complete loss as to where the other 10 shards are hiding.
