I went to the Kindle store to finally pick up the Infinity Blade books, but the first one is saying that it's unavailable for purchase (except as an audiobook). I couldn't find anything on Brandon's website or Twitter account. I did see that the games themselves were just pulled from the App Store because they weren't planning on updating them to the latest hardware, but I don't know why that would affect the books. Has anyone heard anything, or does anyone know where I could pick it up?

Yello, Bit of a disclaimer. Yes, I know Brandon did not create Infinity Blade. He did, however, contribute substantially to its lore, story and characters through his two novellas set in the series—Infinity Blade: Redemption was the first book of his I read. So I thought I'd write an Infinity Blade story (with a wee bit of Cosmere tossed in for good measure). Now, I've only got chapter 1 finished at the moment, but the rest is planned and I do intend on writing it—should only be about 4-5 chapters total. The story, for those of you who played the games, takes place AFTER Infinity Blade III. Yeah, it's kinda limiting in that regard. Apologies. If you do happen to read it, feel free to give me whatever criticism you can think of; I'm always looking to improve as a writer. With that, I hope you enjoy. The Eye of Galath—Chapter 1.pdf

Hello everyone! I am now on a mission read every published work by Brandon Sanderson and I have a question about infinity blade. Do I need to play the games before I read the books? If not, what information should I now before I start.

Hello there. I am a big fan of infinity blade, and I noticed while playing that there seem to be some coincidences. There is an armour set called shardplate, a blade called shard, and an odium armour set! Is it coincidences, or have the world hoppers been meddling...

Okay this kinda needs clarification. What I mean by accomplishment isn't his best book, but what his written work has within. Examples would include: magic systems, politics, or how his complex plots work. As since I just started reading Brandon's books, I don't have such a knowledge of the Cosmere and all of that, so I'll just post what I like and leave the topic to you guys until I read some his others books. My choice for an accomplishment is how he turned the gameplay of Infinity Blade perfectly into a story format. Infinity Blade was just an IPhone game that was fancy, but was still all about the gameplay. Brandon expanded nearly every aspect of the gameplay into a story point. The reason for one on one battles: Aegis Forms code of Honor Reason Character has armor 'from' father: The God King wants the sacrifice to happen so he can get the power of the Infinity Blade active so he gives the body of the last warrior to the people. Reason for the God King being in such a destroy castle: Isn't really is home, just a trap for the sacrifice. He used every aspect of the gameplay and turned into a plot point, expanding on everything while including his own mythos. So yeah, Infinity Blade. Awesome sauce.
