Would it be possible to set up a forum to discuss Intentionally Blank? I don't know how many people on here listen, but I'm willing to bet it's quite a few. Might be fun to have an area in the General Brandon section to talk about the ridiculous nonsense they talk about, and to continue lobbying for Hollywood to green- light the great British bake-off movie featuring The Rock. Post here if you support the idea so we can see if it's worth it, but it would be fun to have.

So I was listening to the Cosmere Conversations podcast and they apparently heard from another fan who heard from Dan at a con (take with a grain of salt for the number of telephone steps) that on top of working on his own main project he is helping out on a Lopen novella (which I assume is King Lopen the First) but also on a Jasnah novella. I find this super interesting. Really curious about both plot and title. I think just calling it Elsecaller could work and fits the theme of Lift’s novella’s title (while also kinda fitting the theme of Rock’s and Rysn’s, not Lopen’s however but he is the Lopen so that makes sense). As for plot I think it could be the whole journey through Shadesmar after escaping the assassination (including that one scene Brandon already released) all the way up until she meets with Wit.

So the first episode of Dan Well's and Brandon's new podcast is out. It's not Apocalypse Guard or the Dark One novelization ( ) but this should be fun. https://www.brandonsanderson.com/intentionally-blank-episode-1-popcornture-vs-stubad/

This morning the World Fantasy Convention sent out at update email saying that Writing Excuses will be recording live during the event in late October! I am incredibly excited for the chance to listen and watch in person, as I have already registered for the event!

So, Dan Wells just announced the other day that a new John Wayne Cleaver novella is coming out next week on the fourth of July. It's entitled Next of Kin and will be written from the perspective of one of the demons. It is designed to lead in to the sequel trilogy which is going to come out next year. The first book will be called The Devil's Only Friend. You can read about it on his blog.
