  1. Was going to say the same thing. King is spectacular and it's totally impossible to spoil King or Steven Erikson for somebody by reading Sanderson Glenn Cook and Rotfuss are also really good. BTW sorry guys but sword of truth is one of the worst books I've ever read... well... maybe except the first book. The first one is kind of OK
  2. I'm very-very sorry to kind of disappoint you But I've seen this theory around here. Also it was supposed the the 3rd spren is Cusicesh which Aimian Axies the collector studied while on Iri Your idea that the 3rd spren is of Odium is new. But honestly I would not agree that it is possible cause Odium's spren seem to behave completely differently compared to cultivation/honor spren. At least to me it looks that way. Edit: Found the topic where this theory was being discussed: http://www.17thshard.com/forum/topic/7145-my-theory-on-the-bondsmiths/
  3. I personally like the idea of the Taln in WoR being actually Jezrien, that would probably also explain why Hoid ran off while accompanying the carriage. There's after all no point accompanying/guarding not the real thing. Also the best way to replace a mad herald and not get caught is to replace him with another mad herald. Also as a side note/theory which I personally do not believe to be true but which was never considered here IMO is that Tanavast(Honor) may not be quite as dead as we think him to be. He may be dead as god/shard but kind of alive as a person. After all the madman knows stuff which is probably only known to the following persons: Tanavast/Honor Reya?/Cultivation Raise/Odium Hoid Heralds
  4. I doubt that his was just a commanding and "management" role. The fact that he usually chose impossible tasks for himself and often died while successfully completing them in my opinion speaks of the fact that he was directly involved in the battle. Also his physical condition/abilities leave much to desire for ordinary mortals. Remember the way he caught darts from the air? P.S. my first post here!
