Favorite Superhero: Moon Knight, Batman, and Legion You could have the Defenders (made up of Doc Strange, Moon Knight, Daredevil, Iron Fist, and Luke Cage) meet to stop the High Evolutionary from rereleasing Chthon. Man-Thing can be a side experiment of HE that HE is attempting to perfect. I actually haven't read any of them yet. I like to wait for events to end before I read through them. I am looking forward greatly to reading it though. It looks wonderful.

Brandon Mull's "Beyonders" series, aka the darkest YA series I've ever read. It's very well written, and though it is YA. It has a deep and well-written story. Mull is an amazing author and has even appeared on WE. That means he has to be good right?

I haven't had the time to play (nor did I have it before... but that's other than the fact). I keep meaning to rejoin though but will be gone over multiple weeks this summer with no internet. I wont be able to join until probably August at earliest.

I'm a Southern Baptist and have actually, seriously researched other religions/atheism. I'd like to have conversations/debate with others on this topic so... PM me, would you kindly. The largest evidence of belief for me in Christianity comes from historical happenings. Unlike Islam, Hinduism, etc, there were no benefits to being an early christian. The early church had no benefits in upholding a lie if Christ had not at least seemed to have been risen and appeared to many in the church. The evidence being first found by women, an unreliable source at the time, also adds credibility to the story as does the fact that even the Jewish leaders and Romans admitted that Jesus had died and that his body was no longer in his tomb. The early church was persecuted quite heavily-- it was disadvantageous to be a Christian at first thus leaving little reason to live a lie. This creates a reason for the early church to at least believe that Christianity was real and that Jesus the Nazarene was right in what he claimed. Food for thought. I can add more through PM. Just my own thoughts after "Kingdom of Heaven" style revelations.

Have any of you watched the Magi: Labyrinth of Magic series? It's based on the 1001 Arabian Nights and has a surprisingly deep story.

So next task: turn all the Sanderson characters into personality types. Who first?

You could even have some vanillas bluffing at being a low leveled epic in order to gain prestige which could create some interesting dynamics.

Ok, got a working mime epic. He will be an underling for Mannequin in Corvallis. Name: Mr. Mime Powers: Anything he mimes becomes real, whether it is a finger gun, safe, etc. The item will become real after a set amount of time. His body fits with the rules of cartoon physics allowing him to be mostly impervious. For example, if he were crushed by an airborne anvil, he would simply flatten out and then escape with no true harm. Weakness: Speaking: If Mr. Mime speaks at all, he will lose all powers and invulnerability. This includes screams of pain or other vocalizations, even if they are forced upon him by other's powers or abilities. Personality: Mr. Mime tends to act aloof and goofy as opposed to serious and does not place much thought into the consequences of his actions. As such, he tends to harm himself with his actions almost as often as he hurts his opponents. He is very observant of danger though and is often the first in a group to notice an issue, not that he can vocalize his observations.

Ok I have a character to fight in Salem Name: Photon Powers: She can manipulate the electromagnetic spectrum-- all of it-- from radio waves to gamma rays. She only has one issue: she herself is not immune to any harm. For example, if she were to burn someone with ultraviolet rays, she would have a nasty sunburn. Using gamma rays would probably kill her or at the very least give her cancer. Rays with no side effects, such as the visible light or lower frequencies, are free for her to use however she wishes. She can also turn herself briefly into pure light though doing this prevents her from using any other powers. Photon also often uses dual daggers made of a very shiny metal that reflects the light. She is very proficient with these weapons. Personality: Photon is very vain and uses light to regularly make her appearance more beautiful. She is a clever fighter who tricks the eyes of her opponents with the visible spectrum or radio noises just as often as she attacks with physical prowess. Weakness: Her illusions are always too clear; they are not as detailed as they should be. A skilled observer should be able to tell when an illusion is being used for this reason. Also while in light form, she is weak to fire being placed through the left side of her face. As a teen, she was badly scarred there by a house fire. She normally hides these scars using her illusory abilities.

Finish the original Mistborn series then read Elantris. (I would say Wheel of Time next since it is partially Sanderson... but I don't think it truly counts )
