  1. I think that Szeth is a flawed medium for his Honorblade. They grant surgebinding , but without spren bond checks .So if you aren't acting along the Order's ideals ,your surgebinding strength will be reduced. Also note that Jezrien's blade isn't ornamented like the other Sharblades.

I think that there could be an Unmade in the Purelake region.I don't have a definite proof but only some foreshadowing by Sanderson : - The purelakers are afraid of one of their gods .He is jelous of his brother god.They can only mention his name in a special place. - the 17shard squad is there. - Dalinar sees a fortress in Purelake .He also mentions his desire to visit ,which probably wouldn't be eventless - There is a plague in Purelake at the end of WOR

I think Vasher's one is easy - he has a Divine breath,which gives him 5th level heightening.He has also learned to manipulate the breath to change himself - i think it was a matter of perception No one in Warbreaker recognizeses him as a 5thlevel Awakener or a Returned , until he reveals himself at the end. Now the question is does Vasher needs to recharge on Roshar every 5 days or every 7 days , or every highstorm ? edit :I found some quotes from Warbreaker Hoid is trickier .He probably has more control over his cognitual and spiritual self than Vasher .If he can't hide breath with control alone , he also is an Yolen Lightweaver .He should be able to clothe himself in a permanent illusion like Raoden did on Sel .
  4. I only realised vasher was in WOR ,when Nightblood spoke. Now that would have a terific glimpse of radiance Also I don't think Nightblood will be able to break Shardblades Nightblood may be more powerfull than a shardblade , but Szeth isn't going to fight only normal Shardbearers. Nightblood was created with thousand Breaths ,but probably has less investure than a honourblade. The windrunner honour blade didn't pierce through any other shardblades.

  6. It is entirely possible that Jasnah spren gave her a warning so she could have engineered a decoy . On the other hand she isn't good at all with organic soulcasting , I would really want her to be either survive or be ressurectable .I prefer character deaths to happen with better reasons like Kelsier's one /Note that Jasnah is exhausted as of chapter 6 , so she probably couldn't have fought her attackers with surgebinding/

My 10 predictions 1.Shallan will not read the Words of Radiance book at all. 2 Jasnah will teleport to Shadesmar and will be corrupted by Odium 3.Kalladin is going to be pushed off a cliff (and not a small one at that) and learn to fly 4.Szeth will be mugged on the way to the plains 5.one of Adolin or Rennarin will be struck by a shardblade 6.Dalinar will become Bondsmith in order to heal that wound 7.Navani is going to experiment on him afterwards 8.Eshonai will kill Elhokar 9.Taln will be thrown in Kholinar's dungeon and escape 10.Hoid will be spiked Hemalurgicaly by Demoux bonus : Lopen is the Herdazian king cousin
  8. Well there are 10 Herals/Numbers/Alethi princedoms Taln is the Herald of War and Alethela probaly is the silver kingdom of war. Kholinar is the capital in the present and the past /maybe a Dawncity at that/ so I would assume that the Kholinars would have a similar glyph as the corresponding herald.(He does appear there at the end of WOK) It is probably quite ironic that Dalinar is named the Highprince of War. That probably accounts for the similarity between the two glyphs.But why are they not fully symmetrical? I have two guesses - it's either not holy to compare houses to heralds or maybe difference is just grammar /the keteks aren't exactly pallindroms/ Well I should really read comments before posting. So the difference between the two glyphs could be anything Also the year 1173 glyphs are shown on the page

  11. Can you spike the bonding spren? Which spiking gives surgebinding - spiking the radiant or the spren ? P.S Moogle -You probably can get lots of different effects - tHoA -"The art that is unique to Hemalurgy, however, is the knowledge of where to place the spikes"
  12. Well here is my take on some Feruchemy roles based on the first two games roles. Some ideas stolen borrowed from Herowannabe's post http://www.17thshard.com/forum/topic/5630-game-2-the-devils-den/?p=89944 The Feruchemist/Ferrings roles should start weak until they gain enough charges ,but can get stronger effects , when taping more than 1 charge from metalmind. General actions: 1. Do nothing.You can vote. 2. Store an attribute .This is a Day AND a Night action.Your vote is neutralized. You gain 1 charge in your metalmind. 3.Tap an attribute.You gain an effect based on the number of tapped charges.You can vote. You cannot store and tap in one day/night cycle except using an automatic tap(gold) All Feruchemist/Ferrings start with 0 charges in their metalminds.. --- Gold Ferring - Bloodmaker - metalmind has max 2 charges (gold is expensive) 2 charge tap = + 1 life . You tap automaticaly if attacked physically in the night,You survive the attack and will be revealed in the write up --- Pewter Ferring - Brute - metalmind has max 4 charges 1 charge tap = 1 night attack on a target n charges tap = 1 night attack , bypasses n-1 protections of the target (if you tap twice you can kill a thug or a bloodmaker with one attack. Tripple tap will kill a lurcher protected thug with one hit) --- Tin Ferring - Windwhisper - metalmind has max 4 charges 1 charge tap - Day only -Observe target -You learn what metalic art the target can use.If the target uses a day ability(including store / tap attribute) you learn what ability they use. (Example you observe a mistborn/misting using rioting.The GM tells you saw your target is an allomancer using riot) 2 charges tap: Act as a Tineye 2 charges tap: You see everything the target has to offer.You effectively seek the target. --- Zinc Ferring - Sparker - metalmind has max 4 charges 1 charge tap - Day AND Night effect - Day only - Resist Emotion Allomancy - Night only - If you are attacked you deduce the identity of one of your attackers. 2 charges tap - Day AND Night effect - Day only - Resist Emotion Allomancy..You deduce all changes in voting this day -Night only -If you are attacked you deduce the identity of all of you attackers. --- Feruchemist - Only one in the game .at the start of the game gets one random metalmind .chosen by the GM When a Ferring dies you attempt to steal his metalmind with 50% chance of success (one attempt per day/night cycle) Stolen metalminds don't have charges.You can store/tap 2 different attributes per day/night cycle.
  13. Good point about counterfeiting. Also stormlight gems seem to be the primary sort of illumination on Roshar. The only the drawback is replenishment every few days. That is still way better than any other light source at Roshar technical level. So the gems will be a trade stock just on this quallity alone . Edit :spelling
