      The "In-" thing is just a convention that Peter himself has endorsed, but I don't think anyone will mind if you have a non-conforming but awesome Ookla name.

      I don't remember anyone who changed his profile pic during Ookla the Mokovial. Then again, I imagine it would be difficult to identify people who do so (unless they have very distinctive sigs).

      It's on the 27th. I'm now planning to use "Ookla the Insipid". It fits the pattern of other people's Ookla names more, since an "In-" prefix seems to be part of the convention.

      Don't worry about it. When Shadows of Self comes out later this year I'm sure there'll be plenty of new stuff to speculate on. :)

      I was also quite baffled by it at first. Apparently they give lots of reps in the Sanderson Elimination sub-forum of the Role-Playing forum. Meh, I was never a fan of Role-Playing, but maybe you'll enjoy harvesting reputation points there. :)
