Plot Twist in Archive, humans really belong to Roshar
Argenti replied to Dofurion's topic in Stormlight Archive
You're conflating gender and biological sex. In modern day English, these are two different things. The grammatical and common day usage are now only partially related to biological sex. Besides, gender and sex have nothing to do with your sexual or romantic attraction, pretty much any combo is possible. -

In general, I imagine the forms with too much carapace or are hyper-specialized don't reproduce; Warform, for example, may be unable to. But forms like Workform or Nimbleform probably could, or rather we have no reason to suspect they couldn't. -
You would not.

Well, the WOB says kinda. Re-Shephir has a connection to light weavers, but probably Sja-anat does too; As the Taker of Secrets, who else deceives her master like she does? If they all have one, who is Nergaoul connected to? Moelach?

Should you change the title? Sigzil being in the book is a spoiler

Oh, I like that idea. Maybe it's like investiture fallout? Like the red trees in Chernobyl.

Having a Bad Day?: Get 'yer Hugs here!!
Argenti replied to Curious Anamaximder's topic in General Discussion
We had to put my wiener dog of 12 years, Abby down. Her health has been slowly degrading over the past few weeks, but she went peacefully. She was a greedy little dog who I loved so much but she's gone now. I could use a hug -

It means the order to which they're the Patron of. Nale is at the top of the highspren's foodchain, and thus orders them around. Everyone else doesn't care what the corresponding Herald demands, they might listen to them as wise advisors, but I can't imagine most spren would side with odium if commanded by their Herald.

Well, duralumin doesn't create or destroy investiture, it acts as a catalyst, speeding up the magical reaction. As far as we know, it doesn't purge other magics from your body, it just makes them go out in a burst.
