  1. Thaid you absolute GREMLIN!! Im frustrated, but... respect.
  2. Welcome to the Shard! Discussions here are certainly quite fascinating. I do enjoy the theories forums. Though I'm not creative to come up with my own, reading those of others is fun. Enjoy your time here, friend!
  3. Oh my goodness I love this- THAT WAS SO GOOD OMG Your writing truly is something else. This.. I don't have words. I'm not very good at words, but this was like Creative, in all the best ways Heartfelt, pulls at your heartstrings Oh geez what else.. It kind of reminded me of the Webtoon comic Loving Reaper, giving Death a face and a personality and such, and I thought it was lovely. Sorry if this was unintelligible lol Please keep writing, you're genuinely going places.
  4. The reading slump, do you know it? If you do, 🤝. If you don't you're a lucky person.

It's been so hard to get into really any books, even good ones! My interests have changed so much, and to be honest... I'm painfully tired of Fantasy. Treason! I know, I know. I couldn't even get into the second Six of Crows book or the Eleventh Metal, and for that I am deeply ashamed...

However! For the first time in months, I'm happy to say that I am finally excited to read a book. After so much mental stalling and inability to read (which is super sad to me), I finally found a book I'm interested in from the outside.

    Tom Clancy's "Red Storm Rising"

Fictional historical politics, finally! After a friend of mine told me about it, I went and found it at a cute vintage bookstore I love (It's called "Marissa's Bookstore" in downtown Salt Lake, if you wanna check it out!), and I'm actually excited to start reading it. It's a surreal, yet blissful and familiar feeling!

... Now to find the freetime...

TOM CLANCY IS SO GOOD AHHHH

      *ahem*

I read almost every single one of his books in my sophomore and junior years of highschool and I loved them. Rainbow Six or Without Remorse is my favorite.

  5. Sequence gasped and looked around. "Moni? What about her? Wait... where..." Sequence scratched her head, quite confused. Eventually, she shrugged and summoned a stove to make some tea.
  6. Sequence raised her hand. "Who are these Shadow and Darkness characters everyone keeps mentioning? Could someone catch me up? I can pay you in hand-knitted sweaters for squirrels if you'd like!"
  7. Question! Is your member title referencing just the poem or the movie Interstellar? :D In my opinion it's equally iconic by itself and as part of that movie, so I was curious.

Both! I love the poem, and Interstellar is one of my favorite movies.

  8. This thread never ceases to be a mystery for me .
  9. Everyone stirred a cup of tea, sitting on a desk on the other side of the room. "How goes it, Thaidakar? You've been here quite a while."
  10. Your escape.. which leads right into my trap!! A bear trap with plenty of jelly padding snaps around both of your feet, securing you tightly without causing you harm . And then I hit you over the head with a bat and take the Sandwich from your unconscious hands... "Sorry!" I whisper, as I gently set one of those company fruit gift basket things atop your head and skedaddle away.
  11. You may be invisible, but the Sandwich is not! With cat-like reflexes I snatch it back and go hide in an Atlas station node thing (those things are scary so don't go in).
  12. Being an absolutely wonderful gymnast (and also hiding in your freighter), I cartwheel over you and snatch the Sandwich out of your hands, immediately pole-vaulting into my Bosansta Sentinel VI from No Man's Sky, which has a longer range jump drive.
  13. Sequence nodded. "I suppose that's fair. Anyways, nice to meet you Steven! I hope you enjoy your house!" She smiles and promptly falls fast asleep in her porch chair.
  14. about the lacking welcome party.
  15. "Oh- apologies! I assumed you were someone else! Nice to meet you though! I'm Sequence. And you?"
  16. Happy birthday!! Best wishes to you :D

  17. "It makes narrating feel more interesting." Sequence beamed and sat back down in her chair.
  18. Sequence glances over the blueprints and nods, smiling. "Lovely design!" She waves her hand in the air and a nearby hill smoothens out on the top and the house specified in the blueprints slowly begins to materialize. Sequence moved her fingers around in the air in a manner that looked something like typing on a keyboard for about a minute. "Complete!" She exclaimed happily. "What do you think?"
  19. I tried a new activity which I highly recommend!!

Airsoft! Very fun. The odd looks I got as an adult woman in an airsoft arena of mostly teenage boys was hilarious to be honest :D.

But I legitimately enjoyed it, I got shot a few times and sometimes it hurt sometimes but it wasn't so bad. It wasn't my idea to go originally, my nephew actually invited me when his friend ended up being busy so I decided to go with him because I love that little guy, and it ended up being pretty enjoyable! I kinda sucked. Everyone there was pretty serious and I got maybe 10 confirmed kills in about 4 hours of playing and a lot more deaths lol, but the experience has got me interested in the sport(?) as a whole and I think I might want to start getting my own gear (I used rentals that time).

I LOVE airsoft. I haven't been able to play a lot recently, but it's my second-favorite outdoor activity, behind only going on walks with my girlfriend

  20. Sequence pondered this request for a moment, then nodded. "What kind of house would you like, friend?"
  21. Sequence congratulated Lunamor's ancient-ness and invited them to take a seat on the porch of their new cabin.
  22. Sequence settled down and built a house in the void, a comfy log cabin for travelers to stop at in their journeys if they so pleased. Also, in slight celebration because 1147 pages is a lot. (She first narrated 1147 pages ago on page 1513) (And yes, she is definitely bragging about it)
  23. I didn't know you well, but all I hear are good things!! Have a wonderful birthday :D.

  24. Gwaaa thank's for the birthday wishes everyone!! Very kind, I appreciate y'all and wish you the best
    ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

  25. "Great!.. Uh..." The defendant looked around helplessly.
