I find that taking quizzes is a form of entertainment and training. You need to be able to withstand stress and excitement for long periods. If you are serious about studying, though, then I would advise against taking many exams. It might be productive to take a few tests, but not many. At some point, you'll get tired of taking the exam and pass it out before finishing. That's why I sometimes prefer to take some funny quizzes like the bnha boyfriend quiz. In this way, I am relaxing a bit from studying. I think that this is a good solution.
