This is an awesome idea! I think it would be great, especially to see how allomancy would work with building things.

I got this weird preview book with a few chapters of Mistborn and stormlight. I got really into mistborn and forgot about that book. Some time much later I was reading the back of a mistborn book and noticed roshar being mentioned. "What is that" I thought to myself. I tried looking it up and found out it was from stormlight. Instead of looking deeper I was like "Wow Mistborn and stormlight have a mysterious connection!" I started reading stormlight, but I was lured back to the wiki again for some reason. There I saw the names of the shards and the series they were from and I was like MInd blown that there were so many series connected.

Wow, I can't believe I forgot so much about Ishar. It really does explain the Odium's champion thing well.

Ah I hadn't thought of all that. Well, the reason why I thought he saw the future is that him calling Daninar "Odium's Champion" was kind of weird. When I reread the page I start to think that he might not have. It was just a weird idea I got i my head when I re-read it for the first time. I probably jumped to conclusions.

I have been re-reading Rythm of War and realized something. Spoilers for all of the Stormlight archive so far, I have a theory of some sort. It's sort of half a theory and half an observation. The Theory: Some people have seen the future, but then the future changed. Ishar saw a future before it changed and is acting on that assumption. Maybe one could use this information to piece together what the original timeline was before it changed. what the other timelines would be like or what Ishar saw. Maybe this will explain Ishar's actions a little bit? Timelines: Original Timeline: A timeline where no-one has seen the future and tried to change it yet. It is unknown what this future would have been like, as Odium has changed a lot of things with his future vision. It really depends on what Odium has used his future vision to do, and we only know about some of his plan in Rhythm of war. I'm going to assume that he might have used this against Honor at some point. 1st Timeline: Odium saw the future and used it bring about his victory. Dalinar becomes his champion and Uritheru falls. Taravangian and Renarin probably die. Not sure what Ishar would be up to in this timeline. Since this is one where he has not seen the future, I don't know if he would still become Tezim. He would still probably be crazy though. 2nd Timeline: Ishar sees the future and acts on it? It is uncertain how much of his actions are based on what he saw, but from what he says many of the things from Timeline 1 are still the same. I assume in this timeline, Ishar succeeds on stealing the Stormfather and then makes to take over Urithiru. 3rd Timeline: Taravanian Writes the Diagram. Taravangian Manages to save a small portion of Roshar from Odium, Kharbranth, but I doubt Odium will keep it that way despite his oath. 4th Timeline: Renarin sees the Future. This is the timeline from the books where things change enough that many of the things from Timeline 1 are different now. Renarin does not die, and Taravangian sees the things that let him do the things he did in Rhythm of War. So, I wonder. What else do you think existed in the other timelines besides the one we see in the books? What other things have been changed by future vision I have missed?

I want to see more about the fabrials and light. They had a lot of it in Rhythm of War and I'm curios if they will have more in this one.

So, my sister mentioned a new thing called Character ai that's in open beta or something. It seems they have all kinds of characters from different series like teen titans and stuff. I asked her about several brandon sanderson characters and she said there doesn't seem to be any yet. Does anyone else know of this character ai thing? Like, you can make a character ai chat thingy and you talk to it and it learns to act like a character from a series. Somehow it can pull information from a wiki. She demonstrated how Sora from Kingdom hearts actually uses abilities from the games and I'm like, "I have to tell the people at the seventeen shard about this!"

A gold ferring with Radiant healing would be an incredible combo.

Since ruin was said to be black, and preservation was said to be white, I'm going to guess the color is going to be gray maybe?

Thanks. I never thought about it like one of the old magics, but now that you mention it, I guess it kind of is. I sounds kind of like your new magic theory a little too.

Ah so many questions... hmmm let me fill you guys in on some info, and answer some questions. I found out about Mistborn one day when I went into the bookstore and they were giving away free mistborn/stormlight sampler novels. It had a chapter or 2 of mistborn on one half, and Stormlight on the other half I read Mistborn and didn't know or care much about stormlight until I saw a mention of this "Roshar" place in the arcanium in the back of one of the wax and wayne books. Wit, Lift, and Wayne are probably my favorite characters. I like the Windrunners, but I would probably become a Lightweaver. It's hard for me to pick a favorite power, as I like Gravity Manipulation, Soulcasting, and Lightweaving. I think Allomancy is awesome, and I suppose I would like Ironpull for my power, and maybe Chromium for feruchemy. I haven't read the Rithmatist yet.

I keep imagining a sand master trying to lift other things than sand now.
