haven't seen all this covered and gotta dump some random theories before I can sleep..... please expand if anything seems legit. point out issues please. sooo much content and I can't keep up Aethers are related to fainlife in dragonsteel prime (which like most I haven't read...) they are spreading throughout the cosmere as emergent intents (I think there is some WOB that says investiture will develop its own intent if left alone) - proto shard? some existed before the shattering and do not believe they were created by Adonalsium. either they are wrong or it's a technicality and they mean they developed out of raw "naturally dispersed" investiture without a vessel and intent does this mean yolen is the core aether world? we have seen (heard reference to?) them on published worlds before (white sand lichen?/ "the evil" on threnody?/ midnight essence?) they have been evolving and new versions will appear over large spans of time Cultivation has a plan to leverage them in some way because cultivation.....
