  1. I may not be able to come here to the Shard as much as I’d like because I usually use my school chrome book, but we have to return those on Wednesday.:( I guess I’ll just have to get used to using my mom’s old phone that is now a communal kids phone for me and my siblings.

  2. (I'm at one of the very first stages of making it so the only thing Harry-Pottery is the penciled-on design... I'll post a picture when I actually get around to finishing it.) Also I forgot to mention I go around in Roblox dressed as Harry Potter characters screaming random spells. I mostly do this in a game called Adopt Me where I can have a flaming marshmallow on a stick and say, "INCENDIO!" Also-also, what do you all think would happen if a witch/wizard put a marshmallow on their wand and cast the Incendio spell?
  3. I dub myself as the Shard's Biggest Potterhead's Apprentice because I have read the series 4.5 times, I have around four homemade wands, I have Ravenclaw pajamas, Ravenclaw playing cards, a Hermione wand that you can actually cast spells, I have a lot of HP lego sets and am saving up for he $400 Hogwarts Castle Lego set, I painted a rock with the colors of the four Hogwarts houses, and the only reason I stopped re-re-re-re-reading the series is because I was introduced to Brandon Sanderson. I really want to learn all those weird tidbits of HP lore and become the Shard's Biggest Potterhead! (Also, I am making a Harry Potter punch-needle pillow.)
  4. I have some very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very VERY exiting news!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A couple of weeks ago, I found out that we are doing a class read of a novel in third period with two other classes. There were three candidates: Shadow and Bone by Leigh Bardugo, Fellowship of the Ring by J. R. R. Tolkien, and [Drumroll please...]

    ...

    SKYWARD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For the next while, I brought my copy of Skyward to school, shared hilarious Spensa quotes, and made people vote for Skyward. When my teacher put out the Google Form for the vote, I was really exited. I kept recruiting people to my side, and the winner was finally released.

    The winner is...

    Spoiler

    SKYWARD

    !!!!!

The winner was released on Friday or Thursday last week, and me and my family went on a vacation to visit family over Memorial Day weekend, but we had to (sadly) miss school (Where they would start reading the book) yesterday in account for us driving back home. I brought Skyward with me so I could read it on our drive.

    BUT

When we were packing to go home, I could not find Skyward anywhere.

This really scared me because, in my opinion, books have the equivalent worth to diamonds.

When we got home and eating dinner, I suddenly remembered something. Sometime during our trip, I put my book in the front pocket of my backpack. I tried not to get my hopes up, but when I opened my backpack, there it was.

Today at school, three classes read part of Skyward and was introduced to the wonderful world of Sanderson books.

    I'm just so elated.

I am trying most diligently for them to become interested in other Sanderson works.

But it's Brandon freaking Sanderson and we already read the Hobbit a few weeks ago.

Also The Fellowship of the Ring is not a book, it is one third of a book

Condensation, I also had a dream that I corrected your grammar/spelling/punctuation... I have the oddest dream department.

  6. Anybody else not have enough time for the shard for about a week and come back and find out everyone has been having fun without you?

This happens to me all the time.

Also, sidenote- What is the time period to respond to status updates for you people? I usually only reply if the last comment on the update is within about a day.

Any more than a day and I tend to not reply. Replying at any time after that tends to just be annoying.

      :P

@Chasmgoat, you say that after it has been more than 1 day...

I am well aware. I had actually read the status a few hours it was posted and then bookmarked it for later so I could do this.

  7. I think mine was titled "School Lunches" or something of the sort.
  8. Today I had my first tennis match of the season against another school, and I lost 1-6.

    BUT

It should have been a closer match because the girls on the other team (I was playing doubles) were switching the scores on me, so they were either incompetent, or being cheaters.

    Sigh.

  9. Uhh... You said this on Monday... It's Tuesday... I don't compute.
  10. Wasing of the existing!!! Hello! I exist! My brother, Enter a username, has mentioned me a few times, so you may have heard of my amazing Awesomeness(I am allowed to spell Awesomeness with an uppercase A because I am an Edgedancer).
  11. Today, I found a four-ounce container of OJ in the fridge, so I asked my siblings if I could have it. My older brother (Enter a username) thought it was his, but my younger sister (She asked to be called Maniac) also said it was hers, so we decided to compete for it. The challenge we decided to compete on was "Who Could Stay Seated the Longest." All three of us sat on the floor and we couldn't stand up. Our bottoms had to stay on the floor, and the last to stand wins, therefore getting the orange juice. We began as the afternoon session of General Conference started. My younger brother (We'll call him mini-Enter) twice gave us mini-challenges during our sitting session. The first was we had to keep a piece of pepperoni on our tongues while Mini-Enter went to the bathroom, and the second we needed to keep a book balanced on our heads. I won both of the mini-challenges, along with Maniac on the first one. As General Conference was ending, Enter stood up, and Maniac soon after, declaring me the winner! During that time, though, our mom found two more orange juices and an apple juice in the fridge... I still got first dibs on the OJ, though.

  12. I'm happy.

    Why?

Today was the last day of the quarter for my school.

    And what does that mean?

    SPRING BREAK!!!

One entire week of no projects hanging over my head. Seven. Days.  I'm just so exited.
