  1. Ok how did I found the cosmere? It's something I have Covid to thank for. I haven't read much after I finished the HP serie a long time ago (wow that was 13 years ago) Some smaller phases between where I read a book or a small serie. But with the looming first lockdown I looked into High Fantasy books and I started the Wheel of Time serie. But I didn't stop looking what else is around in Fantasy and I found Brandon Sanderson. I started with listening to Elantris while also reading WoT. I like Elantris and ordered Mistborn era 1. My plan back then was to read one book Sanderson one book WoT. I haven't read a Wheel of time since I started Mistborn and at somepoint I set myself the goal to catch up with the Stormlight archive before RoW is released(at some point I had to adjust my goal for Dawnshard). After I stoped switching between WoT and Sanderson I said I would go back to WoT after SA but now I think I first have to read Mistborn Era 2(That's not that much so should be fine). It's crazy before the WoT and the Stormlight Archive, HP and the Order of Phoenix was the biggest book I've ever read. Now I've read at least 5 books that are bigger then that within less then a year. Not sure about the Word Count of Eye of the World and Great Hunt they might also be bigger even if they have less pages. Now after writing this little essay I have to go back to RoW Edit: Sorry totally forgot Thanks for the welcome
  2. I do. If only I wasn't now to tired to read on Surgebinding probably has a lot more potential. Alomancy might be the most spectacular scadrial magic system but feruchemy sounds a lot more useful for the dailylife. That's why with my current knowledge I probably would say Feruchemy.
  3. That's difficult. I loved Hero of Ages, for the way the whole Mistborn Era 1 ended with it. In the Stormlight archive right now I like Oathbringer best but that could just be recency Bias since I finished it for the first time 2 weeks ago. "The girl that stood up" is definitly one of the best chapters I've ever read. I had to take a break after that just to process it. But obviously I liked all other books so much too. Even Elantris and Starsight the 2 Sanderson books that I so far liked the least are still good books
  4. So while waiting and hoping that my RoW EBook will be ready to download in 30 min. I think it was the perfect time to finally join this site. With now only Mistborn Era 2/Secret History and a couple of other shortstories missing I also feel confident enough to join this site without getting to deep into for my own understanding. I'm fairly new in the whole Cosmere (I think I started in June this year) so I only read things one time so far, but I definitly love it.
