  1. Hey everyone This is my first post here, I just created my account, because this whole Hoid-Stoneward-thing has been bugging me for days now and I want to point something out. I hope I'm not late for the conversation, though. Thing is: in Oathbringer, Hoid says, that he once swore an oath, to always be, where he is needed. Now, the Coppermind doesn't really have any information on the ideals of the stonewards, but when the knights radiant order quiz launched, with it came a list of the orders, with their ideals or at least shortend versions of those. You know, "I will remember", "I will protect" and so on. The Stoneward one says: "I will be there, when I'm needed." That kind of made me wonder: I don't know, if it's possible to be a member of two orders at the same time (I don't think so), but maybe Hoid once was a member of the stonewards? It is important to mention, that I might be wrong though. I am from Germany, the translation might vary a bit. If, for that reason, someone could pull out Oathbringer and take a look at that scene to make sure, what the actual wording is, that would really be great. Since the german books are also split, I can't tell you exactely, what the number of the chapter is, but it should be chapter 68. It's the eleventh after the second Venli interlude. It's the one, where (I am pretty sure, this doesn't count as a spoiler, but you never know; I'm new here and not yet familiar with all the rules) Now since the topic is from a few months ago, I hope someone actually sees this. Let me know Please, I need answers
