  1. With the new quiz showing that Truthwatchers are the nerds and geeks of the Knights Radiant I thought they would use illumination more like a projector, and basically having holograms all around them. More of the map making aspect of illumination than the disguise making aspect.
  2. So like a lot of the posts above I don’t like the atium changes, but I had the idea that maybe the fact that mistlings can burn atium is the book 3 reveal and everyone just assumes that only mistborn can burn atium. (This doesn’t make sense because he told us about it already but still a cool idea.)
  3. That would be hard to guess how Sja-Anat would effect them, but it does make me wonder how Spren societies would deal with Sja-Anat corrupting them if he was a good guy.
  4. I was thinking about what the “Evil” versions of the Knights Radiant would be. It’s what the orders would look like if they followed a similar approach to the Skybreakers in taking their Oaths too far. Windrunners: I see this group isolating people from the world so they don’t get hurt. Skybreakers: Seen it with them not questioning the law. Dustbringers: Kind of seen it with Malata and them being able to have a less noble goal. Edgedancers: Hard, maybe they are manipulated by a person who has been forgotten and ignored for good reason, or actively try to hurt those who have not remembered the little people? Truthwatchers: A cold observation on the truth. Probably like a mad-scientist. Lightweavers: Maybe the easiest with them only having to accept they are a bad person but can still believe in their cause. Elsecallers: They might seek perfection at the cost of everything else. Willshapers: This would turn into a group of anarchists Stonewards: They can be dependable to the villain acting as their main muscles. Bondsmith: Uniting Roshar by violence and deceit. So what do you think, any ideas about how they would look.
  5. Thanks. I’m not quite sure. I think it might come down to maybe Kaladin or Vin.
  6. Thanks. It’s nice to know I was on the right track.
  7. On it's own Allomantic Duralumin and Aluminum have no obvious uses, but I think that with other magic systems they could have some use. Duralumin according to this WOB already works with Stormlight I think that Duralumin and by extension Aluminum work with all magic systems. Duralumin gives you a major burst in power of that magic systems' investiture while Aluminum wipes that magic systems' investiture. If this is true then Duralumin has an interesting interaction with Feruchemy in that you might be able to compound with any metal using this or at least gain a brief time of extra strength. Aluminum on the other hand could be used to wipe any bad investiture from you. If there is a way to place some harmful investiture in some one (think a curse or something) you might be able to burn aluminum to remove that investiture.
  8. I've been browsing the forums for a while now, and I now decided to make an account. I have read Mistborn and I am currently reading Oathbringer.
