  1. Mist in the announcement video, the phrase from Kelsier, the fact that they are called secret projects... My guess is Secret History 2.
  2. I really like all the theories about Mercy, only with his/her name in 2 sentences, amazing. But my favorite theory is that Ambition had the killing blow over Odium and Mercy asked not to kill him, and then Odium killed Ambition and forgave Mercy's live.
  3. Do we know what happens to the Plate in a natural death? Like we know that the blade/spren can bond another person.
  4. Totally agree too. After this post I went to reddit and saw this beautiful annotation about Huio: I also asked directly in a reddit comment about Huio double-ordering and got my first RAFO <3
  5. Also we may have to re-think the quote from the Poem of Ista: I think this supports the @teknopathetic BIND/UNITE Dawnshard theory.
  6. That is a spectacular WoB, kudos. Also, for those who are aligning the shards to one Command, we kind of know that exist a shard related to Inteligence. In wich Command will it fall?
  7. I'm not sure about this sequence of actions, but I agree in your final theory. The Rysn description of the mural goes like this: What I understant is that the first 4 divisions are related to the Dawnshards, because we know there are 4 of them. Then each one is shattered in 4 pieces what makes a total of 16 shards. But the Dawnshards still exist so I don't know how this second "shattering" was performed. If the Dawnshards are the result of this first shattering then yes, for me they're more powerful than a single shard.
  8. Yeah: Dawnshards, Sleepless, Akinah, Adonalsium... But I want to share my thoughts and theories about Huio. First of all, Huio's personality and intelligence in this book surprised me a lot. Behind the language barrier, we find a very curious, intelligent and practical person that we haven't seen in the other books. Then, the scene were he is taking apart the spanreed to see how it works and talking in engineering terms really made me think of the Dustbringer definition in the Knights Radiant quiz. And then he summoned a Shardhammer! What is more Dusbringer-ee than that?? I know that this is a very thin base to justify that a character may swear 2 orders oaths; but we know it's something possible, and right now my best candidate is Huio.
  9. Aren't this depictions how the Vorin church see the Heralds? Maybe they are biased. I might be wrong tho because Chana has her safehand uncovered.
  10. Maybe throwing the Thrill in the ocean is also related to Dawnshard, just speculating.
  11. IIRC Cultivation number was 3, the reason behind the 3 moons. Or maybe it was just a theory, I can't find the WOB. What's for sure is that in the Rosharan system there are 10 gas giants (most likely Honors thing, related to each order in the Arcanum map), then 3 planets in the habitable zone (Roshar, Ashyn, Braize) and 3 moons (total of 16 astronomic objects). Also we now that Roshar exist before the shards arrival, but not if the shards have modified the system. Whatever, 18 is a "new" number in Roshar and I can't find any reason behind it.
  12. C'mon Brandon, there should be sixteen floors not eighteen :(((
  13. The "fossil" from Zahel recalled me of this epigraph from the second letter targeting Hoid. And Zahel shows the fossil just when they were talking about Hoid. I know that is improbable but, ey, it's an old rock
  14. In relation with that obsidian fortress, the user @Duswbringer in reddit pointed out this fragment of the Coppermind:
  15. Maybe Gavilar was kind of a double agent? Using the Sons of Honor as a tool to force the desolation with the promise to their acolits that the Heralds will then return? I was thinking about some (void)spren alerting him.
