  1. I believe that Brandon was asked this at one point and said that while Odium technically could, he sees destroying anyone who breaks their promise to him too much of an Honor thing to do. He does not want to act like Honor, but than again, who knows what will happen with Todium. Here is the relevant WoB Striker_EZ Why didn't Odium take the Investiture away from the Fused that rebelled against him at the end of Rhythm of War? At the end of Oathbringer, Odium tells one Fused that questioned him that he could take "that which gave [the Fused] life." So why didn't he do that to Leshwi and the others? Brandon Sanderson This is actually an excellent question. Odium, in his previous incarnation-- we'll see how he acts now-- part of the driving force of Odium is this kind of belief, mistaken or otherwise, that Odium represents all emotion, and strength of emotion, and basically the Passions in lore. Rebelling against him in the way that they did is actually in line with Odium's personal directives. The Vessel may not like it, in fact the power may not like it, but at the same time, there's a part of both of them that acknowledges, this is what they set in motion, and this is an appropriate use of the agency of the agents they chose. And so, unilaterally destroying those who turn against him is actually not an Odium thing. It's more an Honor thing than it would be an Odium thing. It's just not in line with how Odium acts or thinks, even though it's possible and there's threats and... That's not saying Odium wouldn't do it. But acting like Honor is not something Odium would necessarily want to do. YouTube Spoiler Stream 4 (June 16, 2022)
  2. I think part of the reason I love them together is getting to see an ace person in a relationship, plus their personalities work so great together in a very fun way!
  3. I like the ship! It did come out of no where, but I think they are cute. It also may mostly be that Im just so happy to get ace rep in my favorite books!
  4. If Lift ascends she could be a very important shard. Maybe that is what her boon is, the Intent of the shard would not effect her.
  5. Brandon has said in a wob that the genders are not always accurate in deathrattles, but the "suckling child" part is a bit of an issue. Perhaps that just sounds more dramatic that way.
  6. I am re-reading way of kings right now and I just saw this death rattle, I believe this could be about Chana trying to kill shallan. If she truly believed that the return of the radiants would bring the desolation I can see why she would say something like this.
  7. Im pretty sure it started as TOdium but people though it sounded like toad so started spelling it toadium cause its funny.
  8. I have convinced myself that it is Kaladin and Leshwi, Two of my other friends agree. The blue and pinkish red give me fused and windrunner vibes. The dress really just reminds me of the shanay-im robes. This is what I am choosing to believe until proven wrong lol
  9. This is more talking about the aesthetics of it in forms other than mate form. They do not need breast for practical reasons, so why do they still have them in other forms. Mateform still has a practical reason for having them.
  10. By the definition of mammal/ the classification system we use, they are mammals. They certainly would not be able to survive on earth, our classification system says nothing about gems, But they would be considered mammals.
  11. bruh literally hairstrands and hair is just dead fibers that grow off mammals like what it's like hair? and what does the gem have to do with it like whatchoo on homie -not the person who owns this account
  12. I was afraid for him to, the whole book was me constantly worried everyone was going to die lol
