So I want to make a character but I’m not sure if he would be within limits or what I would do after or when I could officially join. but I want him to be born on Scadrial with the feruchemal iron. and than he world hopped to roshar and bonded with a highspren or a honor spren.(preferably highspren) but I don’t know if we know enough about division.

I want to be a tribute but I don’t know when it will be and I’m pretty busy right now.

If I want to make a character do I just put him/her/it in the RP characters list and than it gets adjusted or do I put ideas here and get feedback on it?
