  1. Its hard to pin point a reason why Odium is worse the Ruin. During the Way of Kings the writer of the letter says the person holding Odium is worse then the guy holding Ruin. Plus Odium seems to be getting around more then Ruin who stayed on one planet.
  2. I suppose that it is possible, but so little is known about the Parshedi or the change they sought. My only question is why the Alethi. They seem like a naturally warlike culture, and posses a large amount of shard blades, and warriors. If the Parshedi where looking for a war they picked the wrong country.
  3. Other then having to do crappy stuff to get a Shard Blade, i really like the thought about the Parshendi seeing Death Spern on the bodies of their dead. During my first read I didn't really pay any attention about the Parshendi/Parshmen not wanting to touch the dead. But now I think that's important. Maybe it has something to do with the Parshendi being able to bond with spern and the hundred forms.
  4. Thanks for the Hello Windrunner. Ive read the Mistborn Trilogy,Elantris, and both Wheel of Time books Brandon worked on. I just got my hands on a copy of Warbreaker and plan on reading that next.
  5. The countdown has begun. A city in the Shattered Plains, and a Parshendi view point. This book is going to be crazy. And I haven't even wrapped my head around the "Hundreds" of forms. Thanks Kaladin Stormblessed for posting this.
  6. I've always thought that Lan is the person Harriet told Brandon to kill. It can't be one of the main three, and Lan is in the perfect position to die. Nyn may need him to die so she can freak out and turn the tide of the last battle. Like the story Moriane told the people of Edmonds Field about the Queen who lost her husband and went nuts with the power.
  7. I have no doubt that Sigzil knows more about Roshar then he has said already. But he has told Kaladin about what he has seen, and Kaladin has shown interest in the world. I think Sigzil's role in the books will grow as the world is expanded upon, and Kaladin leaves the Shattered Plains.
  8. Throughout the entire series Nyn has talked about healing death, and from the very beginning Rand has been told he will die. Part of me thinks this is just a red herring, but if it's not Nyn will have to heal Rand. She has proven she can heal almost anything, including the madness of the taint. The only thing left is for her to heal death.
  9. Hi Everyone Im Zenous. I've been looking at these forms for a while as I am a big fan of Brandon Sanderson's work. I've read Way of Kings for a year straight, and still think it's amazing. Figured since I joined this great site I would say Hello. So Hello.
  10. I like the idea of that one guy being Derethil. I think Hoid's story to Kaladin is more important that it seems. I also think that one guy could also be the Sunmaker, or at least that's what I hope.
