  1. I second the rec for Dawn of Wonder. Jonathan Renshaw is the author. I thought his writing style and character driven narrative was reminiscent of Name of the Wind. Also, I’m finishing up the second book in James Islington’s Licanius Trilogy and am pretty well obsessed. Sword-fighting, time travel and bad-chull female characters...the holy trinity.
  2. Hi! I'm new to the forums but have been a Sanderson fan for a while. I've started my re-reads in order to seek out possible worldhoppers (with my real hope being that Wayne makes further appearances in the future because, well, I love him.)
  3. Hi @Herowriter! I am new to the forum as well and am the lone Sanderson reader in my town. I've lent books, discussed their merits, and even attempted to explain the Cosmere to some but all to no avail. Maybe in the end, we will be able to say "We'll always have the 17th Shard."
