  1. OK so I have a question about this. If a person holding Ishar's honor blade is a false bondsmith due to the absence of a nahel bond, then was Ishar a false bondsmith? I can't remember for sure if Ishar was actually involved in the creation of the oathpact, but if he was then it seems that his blade is what gave him the power to do so and following that line of reasoning, whoever holds his blade should be able to undo it? Am I missing something?
  2. I think we've seen Renarin use spiritual progression
  3. I just can't see how (insane or not) any of the heralds could actually believe that killing proto-radiants would stop the desolation if a herald breaking is what starts it? How could people bonding spren cause Taln to break?
  4. So do we or do we not have an agreement between Dalinar and Odium to have a contest of champions? It seemed to me that the agreement was made and Odium was trying to get Dalinar to be his champion but Dalinar resisted by owning his actions and his pain. So my question that I'm a little unclear about is whether or not Odium is now bound to a contest of champions but lacking a champion
  5. Anyone have any idea why the Stormfather twice refers to the Sibling in the plural? "Leave them alone. You have hurt them enough." He says this to Dalinar on two separate occasions.
  6. I had the same thoughts on the Sibling being a child of honor and cultivation. However the way that the Stormfather refers to the Sibling in the plural makes me think that he's speaking of Cusicesh with the many faces
  7. I don't really think she's still alive but I suppose that she could have unbonded the blade. If it was a nahel spren that was interested in bonding with her perhaps it offered her assistance but told her she had to unbond the dead blade first?
