  1. Do you guys think there is any chance that the color changing eye drops could come from Nalthis (the Warbreaker planet)? Could vasher have brought it with him?
  2. If I remember correctly third sons are craftsman. First and second are cooks. Maybe he was a third son who could be a blacksmith or bow maker could be why he was so good with a bow. If one brother died he could then become a cook. His wrestling skills could just be from wrestling with brothers or it could just be a horneater favorite pass time.
  3. I've been wondering if fabrials for soul casting could be dead spren. We know that spren don't have to take the form of swords. We know that some spren have more of a presence in the physical realm and can't disappear completely, such as pattern. Fabrials don't disappear when not used so maybe this is because they are dead cryptics who have a permanent presence in the physical realm. These could be a focus for their power making it easier to soul cast and communicate with beads in shadesmare because as we know soulcasting could be dangerous. Putting gemstones on the Fabrials/spren would attract the beads to their hands rather then have the beads attempt to drown them like they tried with shallan. I also was thinking that Fabrials and plate could be another mechanic of the magic on roshar or possibly a next level mastery of storm light. Using storm light to forge items that are not spren but storm light forged into its physical form. Obviously not as potent as a lerasium is on Scadrial, but enough to be spiritual armor. The use of gems would be because gems are better at holding light and also wouldnt draw from their internal store unless damaged
  4. I think and I'm not certain that Dalinar visited the night watcher before gavalars death. He visited the night watcher when elhokar was crown prince and let the silversmiths died. He fixed the situation when he got back from the night watcher. I'm not gunna quote exactly but he tells kalladin that he was away when kalladin was in prison.
  5. In mistborn the mentally unstable have "cracks" allowing kelsier to hear him. Allomancers have to break to access their powers, and surge binders were all broken as said by syl. I was wondering if maybe since Elhokar is a little mentally unstable that he can almost see the cognitive realm. His paranoia that is obviously understandable and founded could be a symptom of his mental illness. Or is he possibly a Surge binder like shallan? He would have to be the same as shallan since cryptics seem to be the ones watching. They also vanish when kalladin is around as the king says to kalladin because his spen scares away the cryptics. Because we know the honor spren and cryptics hate each other.
