I have just finished rereading WOR and I noticed that Iyatil from the ghostbloods is constatnly wearing a mask and her face seems to overgrow as if she had been wearing it for a long time. This is extremely similar to the southern Scadrials we see in Bands of Morning. Is this a southern Scadrial who worldhopped to Roshar? If do we have any idea why she is a part of the Ghostbloods?

I agree as we have seen spren do everything they can to uphold their views so I think it's possible they would threaten to leave if their radiant worked with Shard bearers
-
It's an interesting idea but since the KR is returning and spren I assume, have begun to bond on mass or at least more commonly. Would the KR not want to discard all of the "broken shardblades" since their spren dislike them?
-
Perhaps reviving a Shardblade has something to do with the orders? since the first ideal of the Edgedancers is "i will remember those who have been forgotten". So maybe those spren would want to save their own kind and get radiants to convince people to do that?
-
Its possible, but since they lost their consciousness I don't think they can think properly anymore. You might be able to understand more that is not just screams (perhaps pleading or other things associated with pain) but i doubt that it would be anything close to an intelligent thought

Difference between Transforming and Transporting surges
GenericGamer replied to GenericGamer's topic in Stormlight Archive
Do you think it is possible then that all radiants can at least to some extent enter the cognitive realm? since I think only Dalinar has not been shown being involved with the cognitive realm unless his visions are connected to it (since honor sent the visions and his cognitive shadow is what is responsible for them being sent)- 3 replies

So ive been thinking about this for some time now and I was wondering if you guys knew anything. When it comes to entering Shadesmar what is the difference in entering via the surge of transforming as oppose to entering via transportation? My idea is that transformation leaves the radiant's body in the physical realm while their mind can enter the cognitive realm while transportation allows the radiant to fully enter so their whole body enters. I can't find any evidence aside from the Jasnah scene after WOR where she with the help of Ivory "fully" enters. I was wondering if this is a thing we know the answer to yet or if it a RAFO thing. If so what are your guy's theories about this?

Hey guys, I picked up Way of Kings last year and since then i have Elantris, Words of Radiance, Warbreaker, Mistborn (Era 1 and Wax and Wayne) I am completely obsessed with the cosmere and i have spent a ton of hours just going through the various theories on here and I love every minute of it and keep constantly checking for any new ones. Thanks to everyone involved in this site for making it as amazing as it is! On another note, do fans of Sanderson have a name for ourselves? as ive been using sharders
