I’m still looking for a place to stick Borrower into. With the MEC kidnapping Nicro, it’s probably not a good idea to introduce him there. Anyone have any suggestions?

I just had a slightly scary thought... Funtimes + the Circuit.

They are literal clones, so they are the same person with the same level of autonomy. The one that has been alive the longest has some control, but that’s mostly for mass coordination and to prevent chaos. But if it’s canon that mitosis was the only one then I guess it wouldn’t work. EDIT: Perhaps cloning is different enough that it could still work.

Any thoughts on an epic idea?

Borrower doesn’t cause pain when using others powers- he would be super over powered in that case. And just having Borrower in the circuit would turn him into a god- Nicro and Upgrade would create the feedback loop and Borrower would have access to the entire worlds powers. It’s a cool concept but definitely game breaking.

Yea, I see what you’re saying. I was thinking about hiding borrowers main ability, and just revealing his shapeshifting. This way he seems more like a minor epic, and the MEC wouldn’t be as worried.

Exactly It will be interesting to write that many minor powers coming from one epic.

Usually the actual story thread is for things applicable to the story @Weirdpersonx. If it’s a character introduction into the city, by all means go ahead. I wouldn’t post like a sample if it’s not applicable to others though.

A bit late, but Borrower probably could have taken out Doubletake if we don’t have an explanation for that yet.

@Drake Marshall I think Borrower would be more of a Trump 3. Also he would probably be a Changer. I like what you’re doing with these ratings though.

I mean, he would have to pick a power level. I suppose if it automatically used a lower power automatic might work.
