  1. So, we were talking, and I mentioned Mistborn, and he just started rapid-firing questions and making theories. He's looking at everything and trying to make sense of it all, and I can only imagine what sort of theories he's going to come up with once he's properly acquainted to the Cosmere. I happened to mention how you'd love him over here, and he suggested screenshotting the conversation to show you. So, here's the conversation, for those curious: So, he's only barely into Mistborn one, and he's already making wild predictions, guessing stuff (I'm certain he'll figure out what's going on with Spook on the third book almost immediately), and trying to figure out exactly how the magic works. I honestly can't wait for him to catch up so we can begin to theorize properly.
  2. Granted. Your bane is that, every time you kill a Thalmor, you get turned a little bit into one, until you become a Thalmor yourself. EDIT: I wish to be able to stop time. Second edit: Typo correction.
  3. So... I'm sure this has already been asked a thousand times, but I don't know where to look, and I'm worried about spoilers. So, that said... I've read the original Mistborn trilogy and Warbreaker. I'm planning to read everything in the Cosmere. Thing is, I live in a Spanish speaking country, and I can't find an English copy of Elantris. So my question is, is it necessary to read Elantris to understand any of the remaining books? Will any of them spoil Elantris to me?
