  1. Sorry now I'm confused haha I thought I understood until more questions were asked. So essentially the only way to survive passing breath at all is to get breath that same day cycle, seeing as you would die immediately in the night cycle before you could retrieve your breath. So if you don't win the lottery you are essentially screwed? If you passed breath during the night cycle and then retrieved breath that same cycle you would be okay? But if passing breath is now a day action then there is essentially no real way to survive doing so? Am I understanding correctly?
  2. I was very strongly considering taking a break for the rest of summer, but this is El's game, and it sounds so fun! The temptation is almost irresistible I will think on it, I am going to Las Vegas a week after game starts and the School starts again for faculty on the 1st, which is the day after I get back, so it will be a hectic couple of weeks in the beginning. However once my schedule gets back to normal it will be much easier to focus on SE again which means it might just be worth the rough start.
  3. You can, you just have to be really fast with the potions to heal it, once your Pokemon is at full HP it can be used to defend
  4. @Master Elodin I'm skipping ahead because I'm driving so I'm sorry if someone already said this, but you're misunderstanding the rules of LG22... The only converts that could keep either win cons were the dark friends! The villagers who were converted (like me) became only corrupted and could only win as corrupted. If we could have won as either what would have been the point of us at all. Also the DFs would not have been able to win as both they could win as either, for example Rubiks could have betrayed us and helped you kill us off and still win as a DF even though he was corrupted, we were going to corrupt you too so you could help us but the win would have been as corrupted.. Not for both.
  5. Yeah I'm not really sure why Ecth is so intent on killing someone for a Pokemon we already know and I personally am not too concerned about, yes poising sucks, but if you are hot with a super effective attack you are doomed anyway, losing a small fraction of hp each cycle to poising is not nearly as big of a threat. Anyway, Emerald.
  6. Woah. What happened here. An alliance with a conversion team, that would allow both teams to win?? That doesn't seem right to me at all... I understand that the converted player could win either way via their original team or the converted team but I can't see that win being for the ENTIRE village... The villages win condition is to kill all the evil players I can't imagine that that wouldn't include a conversion team that also has a kill. Meaning that it would be impossible for the village to meet their win condition with the Jeskeri still alive, right?? Is it just me or does it seem too easy to just say yay we convert one of you and we all win! Doesn't the point of a conversion alone negate that possibility? I am so confused.
  7. Yes, I see that. I will not be voting for you in that case. If picking off inactives is the goal for right now then that's good enough for me. Sart
  8. Yup mostly innactive, sorry, I even forgot to put in an action yesterday so it was a completely useless cycle for me. I was busy with my family! Anyway, so we know that Arbok is our poisoner and I would also agree that if we have a confusion Pokemon it's probably psychic. I need to go back and review thread to understand why everyone is ganging up on Mage before I cast a vote. I am still with family, so I will be off an on today, but I will have much more access to the shard than yesterday.
  9. Sorry for being MIA I was at an amusement park with my family all day and had to drive there and back so I was not really able to keep up with anything. Rae, I wasn't entirely convinced by your post but you made some good arguments and had I been active yesterday I may have followed suit to lynch Silverblade but the results are very dossapointing... I agree with Stink.. It's not the fact that you were wrong that makes you look suspicious it's what you did to try and supposedly catch Silver in a lie.
  10. Well I was going to consider changing my vote as I was reading through and catching up, but now it is personal. Yes Aman missed my vote, but I said in my post voting for you that I was one of the Emerald votes. Not writing essays to explain my votes is not unusual for me, and is something I have been called out on several times, but sorry not sorry I'm just not a writer.. Most of the time I don't have time to write an essay or even put all of my thoughts into a coherent post other than just sharing my thoughts or a summary of my reasoning. I had reasons behind each vote, I said my reasons for Emeralds vote were not strong but I had no other leads. In the case of voting for you, I expressed my dislike with your persistantance over the Emerald votes, which I had dismissed, and became more suspicious after reading Amans arguments (which is the whole reason why some players choose to write such long concise posts, to convince people to follow their theories, add to them, or even disprove them) so I don't see a problem with that either. In no way were these pointless votes to me. I'm just not going to take time away from my RL to write an essay to satisfy everyone, the end.
  11. I totally get what you are saying Meta, and I am choosing to stay neutral but I'm not really sure how we can stop what has already formed :/ thanks for the sacrifice Alv.
  12. Great argument Aman, I am certainly willing to buy into your theory right now since we have nothing else. Also I was one of those who voted for Emerald, and I explained myself (albeit not that thoroughly) so it frustrated me at the time that Araris continued to question people's reasoning, even though he never commented on mine and I think Wilsons was very clear from the start. I didn't think too much about it at the time, because I wasn't thinking of it as a defense of Emerald but an accusation of those of us who voted.
