So almost done with calamity, only about 7 chapters to go and one thing keeps bugging me. Who creates Ildithia? The city continuously grows and collapses, which has to be an epic power, but which? Is it Larcener himself who grows the city? I think its possible to assume this but I don't think the book ever says so outright, which is odd. Any thoughts?
