I'm obviously no expert based on all the questions I just asked, but I'd think that Awakened Pewter for instance would, at least for the Awakener Mistborn, act as an almost concentrated pewter, the burning of it would give more strength than normal. Allomancy is about gaining power from the burning of metals and it stands to reason that there is more to gain from an Awakened Metal.

The only Cosmere books I've read so far are the original Mistborn trilogy and Warbreaker and I just want a few things clarified. My questions might be a little spoilery if people are even more far behind than me... Anyway my first question is about Preservation and how everyone on, the planet's called Scadrial right?, has a piece of it within them and that gives them sentience/life. So that is only true on Scadrial? The planet Warbreaker takes place on for instance, the people there have nothing to do with Preservation/Ruin in their creation/souls? That leads to further questions. If the two men who took the power of Preservation and Ruin worked together to create people, where did they come from in the first place? Are the people on Scadrial essentially modeled off of a preexisting race/form? That would better explain how all these different planets, with different entities living on them created people that look and act basically the same. Jumping back a little bit to the piece of Preservation as well as Ruin within humans, how does THAT work? Would an explosion in population cause a drain on their power to fuel more humans? Or is it more like death releases the power to be used for more life, more cyclical? Or is it completely different and I'm missing something? Because that doesn't explain the fact that Sazed clearly indicated that people live on and he spoke with them, so they obviously aren't recycled. I'm going to stop here before I ask a million and a half questions...
