  1. Use pewter to increase balance when sitting, because you never want to fall out of your chair.
  2. I was taking the test and I noticed that with the question on choosing which slave to free, there is a choice not to choose one because you cannot decide, and even if you choose that choice, there are still other questions involving the chosen slave. I just thought I should point that out. And I also scored 57% Windrunner.
  3. I'm just going out on limb on this, but what if the equation is closer to a exponential growth equation{y = a ( b )x}. Like your Normal Strength is the a variable, then b is a certain number, say 2 for example. If x equals the amount of pewter being burnt(as in the strength of the burn) then it would increase exponentially for each person. Say 3 is the a mount of pewter being burned at the highest flare, and say zero is no burn at all. I feel like it makes sense, but I'm probably wrong. What do you guys think?
  4. I apologize for not having the page or chapter but my favorite part is actually kind of depressing. I'd have to say it was in WoR when Dalinar and Kaladin are talking and Dalinar says "You're an odd one, son." When Kaladin replied with "The normal ones are dead in the chasms, sir,' Kaladin said softly. 'Sadeas saw to that." When Kal said that my heart broke, and it instantly became my favorite part. There's just so much emotion in those few lines, and they speak volumes.
  5. Here's one... As I was waiting for Bands of Mourning, I realized that a Sanderson book can never come out TenSoon...
  6. Don't change your mind because of the downvote man, take an upvote for you work. You did well, and I concur with your statement.
  7. When you really think about it, if we are talking about a Radiant instead of a human, they would regrow the limb automatically. Kaladin, being a Windrunner, does not have the surge of Progression, yet he can still heal the Shardblade wound that I believe severed his arm. All KRs have the ability to heal to a certain extent. If their arm is severed, by a Shardblade or not, they will heal. And in the case they don't, a Radiant with the surge of Progression could heal their arm for them. I'm going out on a "limb" if you know what I mean.
  8. This is just a theory but you all remember how Dalinar was proclaimed a Knight with no Shards? What if the same goes for Szeth, but since Nightblood isn't originally from Roshar, it isn't considered a Shardblade? He would still bond with a spren in order to gain his surges but he would have no Shards, that is assuming Brandon doesn't consider Nightblood a Shardblade. It's just a theory that I kinda compiled from your conversation. Please give me some feedback because I would like to know what you guys think of this.
  9. I have seen somewhere else that the Stonewards' Second Ideal is not only "I will stand", but has more added to it. I believe that the full version is "I will stand where others fall." I may be wrong but I feel like it's more likely because the Ideals seem to be a little longer than a three word sentence.
  10. Just so everybody I'm friends with knows, my former username was cdavies12, but I have changed it.

  11. I find it very interesting how I resulted in having a Bondsmith -66%, a Stoneward next, and then a Windrunner. I was under the impression that the Windrunner would be higher on the list.
  12. See that's what I was trying to get at, I just couldn't think of the exact function. Thank you for helping me out. I haven't been on the 17th Shard very long, so I really appreciate it.
  13. What would be created by the bond though? Would it be the same as a Radiant's bond, just without the powers allowed by a Radiant's?
  14. I feel like this is really off topic, but what would happen if a Radiant were to bond with a Deathspren? I mean, I don't think it would be possible, because they would have to be close to death. But what if a Radiant were to have some type of disease or illness, that allowed them to be on the constant verge of death. Would they then be allowed to keep or preserve a bond that results in them becoming one of the Knights Radiant?
