  1. I have Scrivener and I like it a lot. It allows you to organize all of your ideas as one central book, and has different categories for your actual writing (chapters), character sheets, locations, backstory, snippets, anything. Check the free trial -- but I really like it.
  2. I have the first one, I just haven't read it yet. It's definitely on my list!
  3. Alright, sure. I just bought 11/22/63 by Stephen King and Ready Player One by Ernest Cline. I started reading Ready Player One a bit, but I just could not get into it. The writing seemed very to-the-point and lacked flow, whereas Sanderson's (amongst others) prose reads almost like poetry. With that said, 11/22/63 is pretty good. I've only read Kings' The Stand, which I absolutely loved. I really can't get enough of the post-apocalyptic genre, and I first read The Stand more than 10 years ago.
  4. I'm about a quarter of the way through 11/22/63 by Stephen King. I decided to take a little high-fantasy break after finishing Words of Radiance. So far, I like it. It makes me feel weirdly nostalgic for the simplicity of the 1950's, the weirdness being that I wasn't born until '89.
  5. I read WoK and WoR, yes, I failed to mention that. I have not read Warbreaker. I loved Mistborn when I read it, and now that I read the first two Stormlight books, Mistborn seems almost childish. I don't mean for that to be taken the wrong way, I just think that his writing and ideas in Stormlight have progressed and matured tremendously. My progression thus far has been Mistborn: The Final Empire > The Well of Ascension > The Hero of Ages > Stormlight Archive: The Way of Kings > Words of Radiance. Should Warbreaker come next? Thanks for the welcome.
  6. Big fan from Southern California checking in. So far I've read the first Mistborn trilogy and I just finished Words of Radiance. I'll be reading Warbreaker next, probably followed by Reckoners, although if there's some sort of preferred order that I should read in, please let me know. Pleasure to meet you all.
