  1. On a lighter note than yesterday my shardivesary has arrived!! In the past year things have gotten pretty crazy on my end for reasons that will hopefully soon be revealed. As a result my time on the shard has been less in the past than in previous years. Life happens, but I'm still here and try to keep things interesting. All of my fellow sharders keep things interesting and thank you for a great year!! Here is to another awesome one!!

  2. I went to Youth Conference on Friday and Saturday, and one of the this we did was a hike up to a view over the valley. On the way up I just chatted with some of my friends, about random things (including Stormlight) and didn’t think too much of it. When we got to the top, some other people who I didn’t (and still don’t) really know walked up to us and said, “We were right in front of you on the way up, and could hear you talking- you guys are totally the main characters in your story.” And then they walked away. So… achievement unlocked, I guess.

  4. https://www.17thshard.com/news/shardcast/shardcast-shallans-past-r737/ 1.1 Steps Forward 1Step Back After the Shallan's Past Shardcast I've been thinking about Brandon's comment regarding how Shallan is progressing and the things she's able to do before she should be able to in WoK and WoR (Soulcasting, and seemingly summoning Pattern in the Chasm). https://wob.coppermind.net/events/452/#e14526 The only thing that makes sense to me is if she progressed to at least the third level as a child, broke her oaths, but Testament is still around and connected to her a bit which allows Shallan to temporarily get back to those same levels to do things she used to. To put it another way her bond is spiking back up to where it used to be but only briefly, it's doing this: Because she broke her Oaths she went back to near zero for a long time, but she's progressing again and once in a while her Bond will spike up to where it used to be and she can say summon what seems to be Pattern in the chasm before she's said enough Truths on the page unless we really contort to find Truths. She already reached those levels, her spiritweb was altered, Testament still exists and is bonded to her in some way, the bond is more deflated than broken. Think of how Dalinar sees the Oathpact as 9 thin golden lines and one robust line for Taln who did not break his Oath. Or think of it as a "groove" that a Cryptics investiture can still fill. I think both Testament and Pattern are filling up that deflated original bond / "groove" that makes it easier for her to spike back, I think Pattern is mostly filling it now, but Testament is also filling it a bit. I don't have much to go on beyond my gut, but to me it is the simplest answer that fits with what we've seen.

  5. The staff shouted and started flocking over to where the vase had shattered. "Quick! Into the cart!" Katie tiptoed across the room then dove into the covered tray cart. The next person Ivian ran into was his mother. "Whoa. Mom." He grabbed her shoulders and steadied her. Looking up into his eyes drunkenly, Louis grinned. "'Appy birthday, m'boy..." "How much did you drink?" Ivian demanded, grabbing a chair and sitting her down in it. "You shouldn't be out right now; and especially not here. There are... crazy men. I've seen what they'll do if they can find a maid or even a visiting noblewoman." "Ain't... nuffin' those boys would want with an old lady like m'self." Louis hiccuped. "They aren't picky." "Listen, Ivian, baby." Her hand groped for his shoulder. "Y'know, the last time somebody took me to bed, the best thing in my life happened." She smiled. "You." Ivian was speechless. "Now, I'm not saying that you should go find and rape the next girl you see to give her a kid that'll grow up to be a good and honorable not just man but king, but..." Louis sniffed and wiped her face, despite the fact that there was nothing there, "but maybe sometimes the ends justify the means, y'know?" "I... you need to get some sleep." Ivian decided. "You're in no condition to be wandering the castle." Louis waved him off dismissively. "Who am I kidding... there ain't anything left for me to teach you. You're a big boy now; you can fend for yourself. Welp..." She stood up and stretched, wobbling slightly. "Maybe I'll take you up on that. Hopefully I can find my room..." With that, Ivian's mother walked off.

  7. I think we can safely assume she reached at least 3 Truths with Testament, given that she used Testament as a Blade to do The Deed. Yes, that Bond was damaged, but not "broken"; I, and many others, think it likely that the Blade she summons during WoR is in fact Testament. Later, with Pattern, more Truths were spoken. It's especially challenging to draw general conclusions about Radiants from Shallan, as she's such an unreliable narrator.

  8. LG79/AN10 Night 3: Elrin Cried It was a long and hard debate, in Thane's eyes. He didn't say much other than to point out he had been in workform for a while now. But the others were determined to find out who had attempted to kill Kethri. Eventually, the subject of conversation came to Elrin. Elrin sat next to her mate, quiet. "If you're innocent, why didn't you take on mateform earlier?" Pavli said to the rhythm of skepticism. Elrin struggled to explain, trying to show how she had been asleep during the storm, until it had been too late. A child or two, as well as her mate, backed her up, but most did not believe her. Pavli took her, and dragged her away from her mate. "Moirin, may I?" Moirin nodded her head. Thane turned his face away from what was to happen next. --- Abaram grinned. This had been way too easy so far. It didn't appear that she would be able to turn them back, their leaders were still strong, and she hadn't found a good opportunity to kill of Moirin, the leader of the group yet. But honestly, she didn't want to kill her yet. This was kind of fun, the kind of fun Abaram had been craving. She watched as Elrin was slain, tears still on her red and black marbled face. Good riddance. Didn't even have the spine to properly stand up for herself. The other mateform started weeping, and Abaram was tempted to kill them on the spot. But she restrained herself. No reason to give herself away now. Her servants were also doing fairly well at blending in. It was only a matter of time... --- Chartreuse Penguin(6): Rhino, Vulture, Lion, Flamingo, Beagle, Scorpion Amber Vulture(3): Heron, Penguin, Falcon Mint Heron(1): Dragonfly Chartreuse Penguin was exed! 9. I think there is one truth that Shallan spoke as a child that she has repeated to Testament as an adult: "I am terrified". Shallan repeating this restored the connection to Testament in a way that was stronger than before, thereby allowing her to Soulcast in that instant.

  12. Sometimes I have such a hard time remembering that I can only do that which I can. My role as a academic tutor whom others rely on is something that I take seriously. The expectations that fall on my shoulders both self imposed and those of others is quite heavy. I so badly want those who seek my help to do well. When they don't I always feel as though I'm somewhat to blame. A friend told me not to see it indicating that I am a failure. As hard as I try though It's just so difficult not to. This is especially true when the student digs in the knife when they get anything less than a magic pill. I sympathize with a student that I dealt with recently that the final paper that they are doing is important. I give it my all every time. How much more can I give though? She wanted me to give her specific things to write and accused me of not doing my job when I did not do so. I do not shy away from reexplaining things as necessary. I did so a number of times with this student and left time for the student to ask questions or demand clarification. Am I truly to blame for not telling her what to write? There was a lot of fundamental work to be done I just don't know how to feel. Thank you all for listening to my mini rant!

  15. Agreed. Shallan is invested while Heleran is not. As well, Shallan was part of the event, so she may have more connection to the item in the safe than her brother. Or maybe Shallan is more connected to her mother (some think herald) than her brothers for some reason. It may even be related in some way to the screams that Szeth often hears after he has murdered someone. Point is there are a lot of ways to have Shallan's Light be something real considering the book's setting, motifs, and precedents,

  17. Adhesion: I agree Odium can grant Adhesion normally, I think all shards could grant them all 10 if they invested in Roshar. Unless part of the deal with Honor that keeps Odium trapped also blocks him from granting that Surge. I don't know why that would be a part of it though. This gets back to the magic number on Braize being 9 while the rest of the Roshar system has 10. https://wob.coppermind.net/events/33/#e2745 Odium Investiture: I think all Shards have limited control of their investiture once it is out of the Spiritual realm. The more they invest in a particular place and time the less they have to use elsewhere at that time. In the long run it is infinite because it recycles back to the Spiritual realm, but the same piece of investiture can't be in two places at once in the Physical. The piece of investiture keeping Leshwi immortal can't also, at the same time, be used to make a new Thunderclast or whatever. He might not be able to reclaim a Fused, he tells Dalinar he can't keep the Fused on Braize anymore due to a part of the Everstorm being on Roshar when discussing the contest of champions. Bondsmith: Yeah, Tanavast could have done some of the things Syl rattled off. Oathpact: The Oathpact is an agreement between Honor and the Heralds, but I think it piggybacks on what Honor and Cultivation did to seal Odium on Braize. Why not trap them on a gas giant or a moon away from Odium? Why put them in direct communication with their god? I think the Barrier Storm around Braize was created when Odium was trapped on Braize (Honor is big into storms) and then Honor and the Heralds made a deal to lock the Fused on Braize in that same storm created as part of the trapping Odium by Honor & Cultivation. https://wob.coppermind.net/events/160/#e2898 Ishar Binding The Radiant Spren: What if Ishar had a Dawnshard? This is one of those Death Rattles that is warped because the dying person didn't fully understand what they were seeing, but I think this is actually someone ascending to the top of Urithiru to use a Dawnshard. "10 steps crafted for Heralds" Urithiru form the outside is stepped because it gets narrower as it goes up. Crafted for Heralds, it's the KR headquarters and they idolized the Heralds, naming a Herald as a Patron of each order. "Grand Temple Above" they worshipped Honor who rode the High Storms. The "grand temple" is the sky. We've seen the largest piece of Honor's remnants, the Stormfather, officiate a wedding on the roof of Urithiru. Weddings are often conducted in places of worship like a temple.

  22. I never said they were, I just said that people hearing a voice accept their oaths is an established thing that I see no reason for us to doubt. Doubt. I'm not sure if I'm willing to accept that he personally had/has the power to do that. I'm willing to accept it being Ishar's idea implemented by Tanavast though. Yes, how is that relevant to people hearing their oaths being accepted? Yes, and? Are you saying that Venli, with no known preconcieved notions of how the oaths work, on account of how her people have never before been picked to be Radiants, was expecting a divine voice to speak to her, thereby causing it to happen? I'm sorry, I can't figure out what you mean. Would you mind explaining? Why can they do this? Because they've bonded the right kind of spren. I see no contradiction here. The Unkalaki are apparently able to form temporary bonds that do things like increase their strength, the various shellbeasts, ryshadium and the Purelake fish form symbiotic relationships with spren and the singer forms are accessed by bonding spren. I'd say the common thread here is physical being bonded to spren, so they go in the same category. Mind, Forms of Power have two systems going on, first the physical being/spren relation, facilitating the actual form, and second, what I interpret as limited/specialised access to a Surge (Envoyform getting the highly specific language part of Connection, an expression of Adhesion, Stormform getting what I assume to be a limited form of Division, splitting bonds, ionisation, somewhere around there), facilitated by the nature of the form. ¤_¤

  23. Ohhh, let me come in to stir the pot. I don't believe that there can be such a thing as Lives/Lifes and probably not Voids. My personal interpretation (which I find also makes things very simple) is that Surgebinding, Voidbinding, Khriss' theorised "Thirdbinding," Fabrials, the Forms of Power/Regals and the general fauna with a bit of magic are all expressions of the ten forces that rosharans label Surges. Now, before anyone pounces on me, wielding Renarin like a club, I'm not contending that there's nothing different between Renarin's Illumination and, say, Shallan's Illumination, I just believe that they are both expressions of the Surge of Illumination. I'm personally in the camp of "Renarin's powers sure seem to express in a Spiritual direction," as there's no reason to mention the Even More Perfect Adolin(TM) unless this is somehow relevant and, well, you've seen what his Illumination does. I also think that this can be seen by implication on the so-called Voidbinding chart, the basic design is obviously borrowed from the Surgebinding/Radiant chart, including the basic design of the Surge glyphs, but they are rotated weirdly, almost like they represent a "twisted" version of something familiar, from the in-world artist's point of view. And that is my entry into the "is the chart itself just art or is the border just art" falling square into camp border is art. Now, an answer to the initial premise of the thread, I'd say that there's an argument to be made for Adhesion being Odium's truest Surge. It is after all the Surge of Pressure and Vacuum. What is a vacuum? An emptiness, a nothing, a Void you might say. Do I personally believe this? No. But the argument can nontheless be made. Um, source? Spiritual Adhesion? 1. This could be a reference to the ashynite refugees using some poetic language. 2. I fail to see how setting yourself on fire is a beneficial power to have. By that same token Kaladin hearing Dalinar for his Fourth is unreliable from his point of view, people hearing voices accept their oaths is an established thing, why doubt it now? Seeing as they all fall under the category of "creature bonding spren," wholeheartedly agree. ¤_¤

  24. Also, the northern Scadrian population is very small compared to that of industrial countries iRL in late 19th - early 20th century. 5 - 10 millions all told, IIRC. Therefore, they also have a rather limited talent pool. It is entirely likely that there never had been a zinc Ferring scientist, because what are the odds that these 2 somewhat rare talents coexisted in a single person and that person actually had an opportunity to get education? Particularly since the they apparently went with the anglophone tradition of an expensive independent university, rather than cheap/free ones funded by the state like in other countries.

  25. I was going through the new WoBs from Jordancon and was planning on doing a post pursuant to the WoB about Hemalurgic spikes: The WoB itself doesn't have much to do with this, but I included it for anyone who might want to know which one I'm referring to. I decided to go look at the list of known Kandra Blessings and one in particular struck me: One of the plot threads set up for book 5 was Kaladin being tasked with curing the Heralds' madness and it seems like a daunting task. Brandon has said that the Heralds' madness is magical in nature, or rather caused by factors that were only possible because of magic. So, it stands to reason that something magical is needed to fix it. Hoid has avoided a similar fate somehow by using Breath, but it seemed more like a preventative measure than something that would just fix the Heralds. It's possible that the madness could be cured with a Divine Breath, but there's only one of those on Roshar and it seems to me that more than one Herald needs to be cured. I have doubts that we're going to see Hemalurgic spikes play that significant a role in Stormlight, though Brandon did intend for Hemalurgy to be used throughout the Cosmere, so it is possible. There are two possible ways I see of accomplishing this with the magic systems common to Roshar. First, the less likely one which is taking the Heralds to The Nightwatcher/Cultivation. I find that less likely because if Cultivation was going to help them, I feel she would have in the intervening 4000 years. If I recall correctly, she's pretty mad at them and neither her nor The Nightwatcher would likely appear to them if they went to the valley. It would be more likely if The Nightwatcher was bonded to someone, the respective Bondsmith might be able to convince her to help fix them. The second and more likely method would be some sort of fabrial. The possibilities are pretty open ended for this one. It could be something similar to Navani's Painrial, but would likely need a Voidspren or Corrupted spren. There are so many unknown spren of those varieties that I feel it would be the most likely place for a spren that can mimic this mechanic.

  26. Two weeks ago, we started an anonymous poll where we asked you, the users, to judge us, the mods! Now that two weeks have passed, we have pored over the results to discover the answers to what are clearly the most pressing questions we could have - who's the people's favourite moderator? Who's the most terrifying? And what did anonymous user #78 have for breakfast the day they filled out the poll? (it was a turkey sandwich, apparently) All in all, 146 users have given us their answers over the course of fourteen days that the poll was up - assuming we didn't have anyone answering the poll multiple times. Two people have decided to leave their polls blank for some reason, so: here are 17th Shard's opinions on the staff as represented by 144 people. Quality of moderation on the Shard The first three questions were focused on general opinion on the staff: in short, are we doing a good job? Well, in your opinion, it seems that we are! A 1 here meant we were doing terribly; a 5 meant very good. Almost 70% of you gave us the top marks when it comes to general moderation on the Shard, while no-one said we're horrible at it - nice! There were, of course, responders who believe we could do a better job of it - this is valuable for us to know and we will work to improve and hopefully raise these responses in the next poll! In this question, 1 indicated that the mods are too harsh; 9, that we are too lax. As perhaps could've been expected, it seems you find us to be on the harsher side of things; only twelve people answered on the lax side of the poll, while almost half believe we have attained the happy middle ground. Here, 1 indicated that the mods are too scary to approach, while 5 meant that you felt you could be casual with the mods. It seems like almost a quarter of you are at least somewhat wary of mod interactions, which is probably tied to the prior result naming us somewhat harsh. This is something we can improve on in the future. The People's Mod and the Scariest Mod The next two questions were mostly fuelled by our curiosity: who do you think is the most approachable mod? Who do you find the scariest to talk to? When it comes to question number 1, the race for the top rank was close, but the results were clear: in Excel, because Google Forms wouldn't let me sort the answers The People's Mod award goes to Ene! Rasarr (it is I!) comes in second place (thank you, thank you), while trailing close behind are Argent, Overlord Jebus and LadyLameness. While the race for the most approachable mod was somewhat close, especially in the first few days, you folks never hesitated when it came to the scariest one. Yep! The Scariest Mod award goes to Chaos by a landslide. No less than 53% of the responders found him to be the most fearsome; the next mods (Argent, Grey, LadyLameness and Ene) trail far, far behind. Conversely, the Least Scary Mod award goes to Paleo, Mestiv and FelCandy, whom no responder found scary. I would also like to shout out the anon who found Argent to be both the most scary and the most approachable of the mods, and another anon who thought the same of Chaos. I do not understand how this works, but I respect you. Preferred ways of contacting the mods Our next question concerned itself with how you would go about contacting the mods, and I'm happy to see that most of you would not shy away from contacting us in some way, should the need arise. Only 7 of you found us too fearsome to summon (I must wonder if it's the same 7 who found us too scary, though I admit I did not look into that). I will say, there is nothing to fear! If you have any issue with something happening on the forums or on the Discord server, do not hesitate to contact us! If you don't want to speak to the specific mods directly, the forum's report and Discord's @Staff ping will summon any mod currently online, and we will absolutely not begrudge you for using it. The open questions Questions 7 and 8 were open text fields, letting you folks tell us what you think in plain English. We will not be inserting a full list of them here - first of all, it doesn't graph well, second, some of those answers might be used to guess who the speaker was. For question 7 ("Is there something you particularly like or dislike about 17th Shard's moderation, or think we could do better?"), the answers were roughly half praise and critique. While the former was very nice to hear, the latter in particular is extremely useful to us; we will strive to improve on the points you have raised. Question 8 was a bit more freeform ("Is there anything else you'd like to tell us?"), and so were the answers. The bulk of it was outpouring of love and affection for the mods, which we are very grateful for, as it feeds our egos quite well indeed. There were several more serious issues raised, and we will be looking at them in the future. There were also comments of other nature, such as: culinary advice (I'm not a fan of pickles myself, but I'm sure someone will make use of it) "Today I had a good day" (good to hear! Hopefully, you had more good days since) "Hi" (and hello to you as well!) "I used to be addicted to soap, but I'm clean now." (good for you, buddy, good for you) A picture of a cat (aww) There was also an assumption that we are all beta readers, which I feel needs to be clarified: no. At least half of us (myself included) are not part of Brandon's writing process - and the part of the staff that are beta or gamma readers are absolutely forbidden from telling us anything. We do not have any knowledge you don't have. The Shard's Favourite Mod Now that I've talked your ear off, let's get to the real question, and the one that inspired this poll in the first place: who is the Shard's favourite staff member? The answer is clear: you have no idea. On a less facetious note, ignoring the "all or none" answers, the Favourite Mod crown goes to Argent! In the second place we have Ene, while the third is shared between Rasarr and Chaos, followed by Lady Lameness. So, there you have it - a look into the minds of the Shard members. I would like to sincerely thank everyone who responded, and doubly so the people who praised and critiqued us. Knowing what you feel we're doing right and wrong is extremely helpful, and we promise we will try to learn from what you've told us. And if you've missed the poll, or feel like we should need more data - do not worry. We definitely intend to run it again in the future, both to see if we're improving and to hear more of your honest thoughts.

  27. Or he could read it and have someone read the information to him as a "patsy," and also to double-check if there are any spies. But that would be where she finds out about who Gavilar was dealing with, not what Gavilar himself accomplished. No, that would be Gavilar bragging during their pillow-talk. (Or maybe Aesudan knows this, and Gavilar gave this out as a bit of blackmail over Aesudan - the moment Elhokar's wife reveals she knows that Gavilar can read is the moment Gavilar has her killed; or potentially worse, exiled and humiliated for having an affair behind the prince's back.) There's a scene in the first season of Daredevil where the main antagonist, Kingpin, is dealing with an ally from an Asian country. (I can't remember where exactly, but I do remember that she wasn't Japanese, as that was a different ally of Kingpin's.) She's speaking her native language. Kingpin had his top aide and best friend (as friendly as Kingpin could be to another person) do the translating...until one time, it became necessary for Kingpin himself to speak on his own behalf. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TUhI4guM4Zk At that moment, it was revealed that Kingpin could speak the language, and never needed a translator in the first place. This also isn't uncommon in media, to know information, skill, or language, that another person is usually required for.* Besides that, if Gavilar is really trading information with Thaidakar or his agents, who's to say that the language the two were using was even Alethi? To several people in-universe (aka Adolin) and outside of it (the Inkeeper of The Dusty Wheel, to name an example off the top of my head), it is an issue that can't be fixed. To many people, what Moash has done, even if it's more justifiable than "I want be immortal with an immortal legacy and kingdom," is far more reprehensible. But Gavilar better have a good reason for abusing and neglecting his own wife (both emotionally and potentially physically), talking so derisively about his own children, and clearly doing something that scared an entire civilization into thinking he was going to bring back the deities they ran from. It's not just about the affair being gross (which, of course, affairs always are), it's about who the affair was with. Gavilar could have chosen anyone, but in this theory, he chose the woman who his son had married. What sort of monster does that? Just as an added note, what Steris was proposing was more in-line with open marriages than straight up affairs. There were rules, regulations, and boundaries in place. Affairs are about secrecy and lying, not just about extra-marital relationships. We haven't, and it's bound to be more complicated than what we know. But the man wasn't a good man either. He was a warlord, not unlike Dalinar was. He, as seen by Navani's comments and views, was an abuser. (Also not unlike Dalinar in many ways.) He, as seen by the people he surrounded himself with, was doing things considered incredibly dangerous. Gavilar at this point can't be considered a saint by any means. He may end up like The Lord Ruler, who is seen as "the lesser of two evils" in time, but he won't ever be considered a good man again. *A more humorous example is in House, where the daughter of a non-English speaking immigrant is trying to use her mother's cold as a way to get birth control pills. House sees through this, but gives both mother and daughter what they desire. However, when the daughter mixes up the pills and tries to blame House in the family's native tongue, House reveals that he knew enough to understand what the daughter was saying, and throws her under the bus.

  28. I'm not sure if this has any bearing on the reasoning but if a zinc ferring were in a field of science and that same ferring were applying mental speed to their specific field of study it could/would progress at a pretty quick rate. It could be that there simply aren't enough zinc ferrings to ensure each field of study is getting the same amount of invested brainpower dumped into it. Not only could it be a lack of zinc ferrings but I dont believe that being able to store into zinc actually means that you think better... your brain doesn't magically know the sciences that you want it to when you tap. It simply allows you to think faster on subjects you are already familure with. That isn't to say you couldn't use it to learn faster... but a zinc ferring who spent their life studying / working on making a car wouldn't be able to suddenly tap zinc and have the ability to make massive leaps in biology. I guess there could also be a much simpler answer too... because Brandon likes the world with these aspects at this time.

  36. Hey! Don't you talk like that about yourself. You think I have a single clue how you did this? It's magic to me. Your coding skills are great! Bang your head against the wall for long enough and it will eventually crack. You're further along than the other attempts have gotten, as far as I know, and since Brandon continues to say that The Aztlanian is not abandoned, the Rithmatist portions of the forums will see life again someday. I'd help if I could, but there's a reason I'm no longer a CSE major and that reason is that both programming and math and I do not get along. I might still try, but if I do, I'll probably mess it up horrifically and need to redownload stuff haha. But with every bit of progress every attempt makes, we're one step closer, and we all appreciate your contributions. And seriously, your thing does look really cool and very well done.

  37. Not to put on my non-existent mod hat or anything, and I’m as indifferent about LotR as the next guy, but last I checked this was a topic about Emperors Soul, and there likely are many LotR topics out there. I’d probably be fine/prefer a spilt viewpoint. Like half the chapters being Shai and half being Gaotona.

  38. There is no reason to believe Kelsier is any more insane now than he was 350 odd years ago. His actions thus far have been entirely in character for the man we knew.

  39. I did a quick search of this thread, and didn't see this WoB, but it certainly gives more fuel to this theory.

  40. @Kingsdaughter613 - Yeah, maybe that's why I'm having trouble. I stick to the published books only. I have a really mentally taxing job and too much else going on in my life to wander around in WOBs, podcasts, Reddit, annotations, etc. Maybe after I'm retired ... But until then I'm sticking to what Brandon publishes as canon, & that's enough for me. If I end up disappointed, well Brandon's only human - he's allowed a few stumbles. But I'm VERY glad that everyone else has fun with all.the.theories! What a great community we have here!

  41. Kelsier is most deeply of Ruin. He is brilliant at coming up with ways to mess up other peoples' plans, and he wants to use that ability to protect and do good. I think he's very interesting in a book, though I wouldn't like him as a person.

  42. This is exactly my viewpoint. He's such a meddler, and it's honestly awesome.

  44. In the acknowledgements, I believe "subject exports" is written instead of "experts", and "or" when I think he meant "on time". In the interlude between parts 2 and 3
