The colored version

Made from Legos. I tried to find the best pieces to match the characters, but some of them are a little wierd.

I've been wanting to draw Kaladin for the longest of times but was never brave enough to start. Finally found the courage, did a sketch and even added color.

After finally having the time to read RoW inspiration struck me and this resulted from it. Hope you like it :)

M-Bot, in Lego form! I've been working on this in bits and pieces (literally) ever since I read Skyward. Finished it about a month ago, and it's taken me this long to get around to taking some decent photos of it and uploading it here. I used Ben McSweeney's illustrations from Skyward as reference. I'm pretty happy with how it turned out, though I wish I had a curved cockpit windshield in my collection-- I had to make do with the straight windshield piece you see here. Anyways, more angles on this model below. Angled top view: Angled top, wings forward (yes, they move): Rear: Side, angled: Profile (just pretend those two black stands aren't there): Front: Bottom (note the light-lance and acclivity ring ): And yes, the acclivity ring moves (though its range of motion is nowhere near what's described in the book): Spensa in the cockpit, control sphere in the right hand, throttle in the left (I almost mixed that up ): And one last picture of Spensa and M-Bot, to top it all off:

So as a certified Truthwatcher, and rather obviously a …modified one, I started wondering how my spren would look like. Or in general, how this kind of spren looks. So there's them (I don't have an idea for the name yet, and for gender it's probably 'n/a'). Note: While I usually roll my eyes at all the "OC, do not steal, copyright!!1" notes, especially at work of mediocre skill, like this one (I respect everyone's copyright, I just think such notes are pretentious and unnecessary), this is something I feel an emotional connection to, so please don't use it as illustration of other stuff. I'm fine with posting/pinning, I'd be very happy with someone adapting my headcanon about how modified mistpren look and drawing something of their own with similar features, but I'm not fine with using this image as an illustration for a canon spren, or your spren or something along those lines, or (especially) something not SA-related (like: your RPG character). I'm sure there are a lot of better drawn pictures anyway. Also, this is not a Glys fanart.
