It's my Shardiversary! Hard to believe it's been one year. Wow. Granted, it's late, so I'd better be brief (let's see how brief I actually am). @Serce Forts, you are so amazing. You're an amazing friend, and I'm so glad I get to know you. Thanks for getting me on here, and thank you for all you have done for me. @Condensation and @Vapor, amazing siblings, thank you for joining me on here! FotT, my first real RP. 'tis sweet. I love the story, and I love all you guys. Thank you for teaching me how to actually RP. You are all amazing. Sanderson Elimination, a section I discovered during quarantine, is amazing. Thank you for the sense of community you have allowed me to find. I'm always surprised when I hear how many games I've played (10? HUZZAH! HUZZAH! HUZZAH! Things might actually take a turn for the better in my life!!! Juggling between five electives, two college classes, all my normal high school classes, trying to self educate on philosophy, and working a part time job at Chick fil A has not been the best for my mental health. BUT! My school's probably going back online until thanksgiving!!!!!! My life would get SO much less stressful if that happened again, and it's not like I have friends that I would miss. Everything's going to get so much better. And I'll probably get to be on the shard more again anyways, I've just been doing the happy dance ever since my mom told me what all the suspicious board meetings have been about, so YAY!

Funny story. From whenever my last reply was in my previous staus update, my mother decided to bring some logs from a tree that fell and was being chopped up because of a recent storm. She did not realize that most of the logs were too heavy to pick up alone. So, as the strongest in my family, I ended up doing most of the literal heavy lifting, even picking up some logs completely on my own because I was impatient and stubborn. (We don't know how much these logs weigh, but they might be a hundred pounds each.) I have now ended up overexerting myself to the point where my chest hurts, I feel like I got a hernia, my vision is dark at the corners, I'm really tired and shaking, and a log fell on my fingers and thankfully just scrapped the skin (Through gloves) rather than breaking them or causing them to bleed. And later in the restroom when my mom was applying bandages to the two fingers which I am typing with, she said to build some muscle.

I won't post another one of these for a few days, I promise... I have The Sound of Silence stuck in my head. I can't stop thinking about it. It's really a beautiful song. I absolutely love the lyrics, especially the lines, "the words of the prophets are written on the subway walls, and tenement halls." I don't know why. It's just really good, both from a music and a writing stand point. Here are the lyrics for interested parties. Also, I think I convinced my parents to potentially get me a katana for Christmas, so that's really fun. NaNoWriMo is going well. I'm up to 11,000 words overall. 11 days until RoW! (Or is it 10 at this point?)

complete and total random thought. What if the adverb version of melancholy (melancholiously) was pronounced mull-ahn-cull-ee-us-lee because I saw that word somewhere earlier today and read it that way. I have no idea why.

Hello! This is another status update. I wanted to let people know that I've begun to dip my toes into creative writing, and I'd appreciate it if you check it out.

When everyone’s getting excited about Dawnshard but you didn’t back the Kickstarter

Sorry for being gone all day. Though, I did get to skip my classes. My Dad's friend owns a farm, so today we went over there and helped with the farm chores. One of the things they had to do before winter was vaccinate sheep against diseases, so we helped with that. We had to count sheep, so when they were done vaccinating a sheep, they would spraypaint it's head. I remembered a quote somewhere. . . Oh! As the Saint always said, 'The easiest way to count animals is to count the legs and devide by four.' (It's actually from Halt) They had to move the cows from pasture to pasture, so we helped heard them. We picked up the electric fence with the tractor, and I got to drive it! It was amazing! And then afterwards we had some tea and cookies and called it a day. It was great.
