Shallan, I filled up the background with different items related to her character from the books. I always imagined Pattern as a weird mobius strip conundrum.

I feel you've really nailed Shallan here. Some merely get close. But that face you drew of her is perfect.

Omg, thank you! Everytime I sketch her, even when I'm trying to give her a smile, she always ends up with a slightly quizzical expression, I'm happy you like this one. :)
