Random Bystander

Elsie beamed. "Maybe I should practice my abilities!" She excitedly mumbled to herself.

"That was so cool!" She yelled. Her eyes were sparkling, and she seemed to be back to normal.

Elsie was cold, but was too mesmerized by the awesomeness to care.

Elsie didn't notice. She was watching with wide eyes. "Woah." She whispered.

Elsie's eyes went wide. "Woah! That's so cool! You can do all that?"

She blinked. "Say what now?" She looked at her hands. "But I can already turn invisible..."

Elsie looked around, obviously really confused. "The heck was that? Do one of you have magical teleport-y powers?"

Elsie vanished out of sight completely for a moment. She then appeared directly behind Jenny, confused and disoriented.

Elsie silently hung around towards the back of the group. Her eyes were unfocused, and she did seem to be processing most of what was going on around her.

Elsie came back into view. "I have too, from the police, actually. But not because I was avoiding jail. The stakes have been raised!"

"Oh my gosh I'm gonna go to jail." She vanished from view.

Elsie paused. Her face then paled. "Wait, am I a wanted criminal now?!?!"

"Dang. You're all wanted criminals, huh?" She joked.
