Congrats to everyone who was promoted! You guys all do a great job around here, and I can't wait to see what the future here holds!!! Also more admins means that there are now more members, meaning that the community is growing! What a great thing! (Also I think this is the most exclamation points I've ever used in a paragraph, haha)

Edit: I just realized I am not just the NEWEST Obligator, according to the group listing I am the ONLY Obligator, despite Kchan and Chaos both having it listed under "Others"......

In Power, it's admins.

In Sheer numbers, I'm pretty sure that it's pretty closely tied. I think the staff has more though.

Staff of a forum are all those people who have a duty on it or are commited to it in some way - generally moderators and administrators, but there can be also super moderators and collaborators. Usually they have powers that normal users don't, so they may use them to keep peace and quiet in the forum (and spike people ).

Admins have all the powers that can be had in a forum (banning users, creating categories, forums, promoting someone to moderator, giving awards...) whilst moderators have only a few.

All Admin are Staff, but not all Staff are Admin.

Admin are, essentially, the people who have a hand in running the operations of the site- business, coding, graphics, promotions, logistics, contests, etc, etc, etc. The Core 5, as I like to call us because it makes us sound cool - Chaos, KChan, Rubix, firstRainbowRose and myself - started the site, and we have added more people to our roster since then. No one on the staff works for Brandon, however some of us know him on a more personal level.

The rest of the staff are people we hand-picked to help the day-to-day running of the FORUM. With a few exceptions, that is generally where the moderator's power ends. And they have fewer spikes.
