We reported on Shadows Beneath, the Writing Excuses anthology before, but now you can get the ebook from Dragonmount, at a price of $9.99. Update: you can now get it on all major ebook retailers.

It contains the cosmere story, Sixth of the Dusk, as well as I.E.Demon, by Dan Wells; An Honest Death, by Howard Tayler; and A Fire in the Heavens, by Mary Robinette Kowal. It also contains behind-the-scenes looks, comparisons of the first and last drafts, transcriptions of the episodes regarding the stories, and awesome illustrations.

Not into the ebook? Well, you can order the physical version from Brandon's site starting tomorrow at 12:01am. It is priced at $25.00, but for $5 more, you can get the limited edition, which will be signed by all four authors. There will only be 200 of these limited editions, however.

Lastly, if you come to WesterCon in Salt Lake City, which is July 3rd through the 6th, you'll be able to get it there, as all the Writing Excuses crew will be there! (In fact, you can read about Dan's adventure through the airport wearing his fantasy cloak here.)

Books make me happy, but they make my wallet sad.  Limited edition only 5 dollars more?  ooohhhh it's so tempting.  I should really just get the ebook but come on!  It's limited!  That's like, a big deal, right??

Very limited, very good price, very interesting timing for my budget.  I will probably do it, that is, if I can get there before all of you ravenous FIENDS get there first.

I've never actually got an Ebook before, can you read them on a normal Computer?

Possibly, you might have to install an ebook-reading program though. But there are plenty of free ones online.

I like using Google Play Books. You can upload epubs to it and it is on both Android and iOS.

I hope that the print edition will be available on Bookdepository as well. No shipping cost is a valid argument for an European guy by choosing a retailer :)

The physical edition is only going to be available from Brandon's store, or at the very least it won't be on Amazon (who owns Bookdepository I think?).

Is there a reason the hardcover is not available in the store anymore? I was waiting to be paid and will be really sad if I've missed out on having a physical copy since I don't have a kindle or anything.
