Today the Mistborn Adventure Game's Alloy of Law supplement is out now in both digital and print editions. There's an original story from Brandon, and an overview of the people and society of the remade Scadrial, with "information not seen in the novel." Seems pretty great!

You can download sample heroes here, and we'll give you an in-depth look at it later this week!

"Exclusive new story"

>Froths at mouth

The story is hilarious. XD

Do you remember the on the Elendel broadsheet the episode of Allomancer Jak and the Pits of Eltania?

This is episodes 28 through 30, with annotations by his editor/traveling companion.

It's great, read it!

Brandon legit told me about that in person earlier. Allomancer Jak is in it and (to my disappointment) not Hoid

If Hoid were in the game it would crash because everyone would be him. Hoid is the Cosmere Batman. "Always be yourself. Unless you can be Hoid, always be Hoid,"

When I first started getting into all this, I was all like... "If I were in the Cosmere, I'd travel from world to world collecting and studying magic systems, and learning about all the places!" And then I met Hoid...

Allomancer Jak is glorious, and that story is worth buying this on its own :P

The new rules are interesting as well, though I think the best bit is the large amount of extra info about Elendel and how Scadrial changed over the 300 years. It makes for a fun read, particularly when it mentions the effect that the development of electricity has had on society.

Do we know if they're going to do rules like this for the other Cosmere worlds, and at what point they'd be written?

We don't. It has never been ruled out as a possibility, but they definitely have plans for more mistborn supplements before they even think about doing other cosmere worlds. However, there are some pretty decent fan-made rules for Aons, Shardblade and shardplate and awakening. :)

I really hope they do other worlds. It would be a real shame if they didn't, considering how simple the rules are and how easy it should be to extend them. And of course, a variety of worlds would be very nice, particularly since they kind of work as background information as well.

When you say other Mistborn Supplements, what are they considering? And when more books have been released, will they 'fix' the non-canon stuff in the rules?

But I think I'll be hones here - I just want my PCs to be Seventeenth Sharders :P
