I don't think it's an anagram. Just a silly portmanteau along the lines of 'errorgance'. 'Gibberish' is what you get when you cut a word into pieces and stitch it back together. 'Gibletish' (pronounced jib-let-ish) is what you get when you cut a person into pieces (i.e. giblets) and stitch them back together.

Of tangential relevance: I'm pretty sure I figured out what 'gibletish' means: http://www.17thshard.com/forum/topic/4732-wor-secret-anagram-hoid-gibberish/?p=119799

I'm almost certain 'gibletish' is just a (rather gruesome*) pun. Remember that Dalinar and Hoid are talking about putting back together someone who has been cut to pieces. *this refers to both the quality of the pun and the imagery involved

really, really crazy theory: is it possible that the Stormfather is Taln's cognitive aspect? (or something)

This is is exactly how I feel. I'm glad to answer questions if they're asked respectfully. (I just wanted to make sure no one was confusing transgender and homosexual, because that is something that happens a lot and it leads to people like me who are both** having our identities questioned because 'If you are attracted to women why not just stay a man?'*) *The answer to that is, because I'm not a man, and my gender has nothing to do with who I'm attracted to. **technically I'm closer to asexual homoromantic but that's not really relevant here.

so.... I'm assuming by 'homosexual' you mean 'transgender' (those are two different things; please don't treat them as interchangeable.) I think this would really depend on the degree to which a person experiences body dysphoria. (This is really variable between trans* individuals and also can vary from day to day.) I think there are some trans* people for whom Feruchemical gold or Stormlight healing would lead to a sex change and some for whom it would not. I imagine it would be possible to perform hormone replacement therapy on oneself by using Feruchemical bendalloy, though it probably requires knowledge of the biochemistry involved.

Could the 'ketek' be a Vorin proper name? EDIT: on further inspection, it seems unlikely.
