  1. Primary Powers: Mid Level Flame Body. (His physical form is still under the flames, and some amount of flames are always present.) Passive Power: Extreme Heat Resistance / Minor Energy Absorption. (His passive power is separate from his flame body, without it he would burn.) Other powers include Mid-Low Level Flame Manipulation, Gifting, and Gifting Dependent Resurrection. Flame Manipulation: 10 foot max range, with anything more 8 feet and 9 inches requiring higher concentration. Limited to basic shapes and patterns or copies of items within range. Because of his limited range, he suppresses any knowledge of his range being more then 7 feet, in order to give himself an upper hand against less knowledgeable foes. Resurrection: Power only works if there is a living person who has at least one of the other powers gifted to them. On death the closest person with one of the gifted powers will burst into flames losing his/her gifted power and allowing for the resurrection to happen from there burnt corpse. The more power the person had given to them the faster the process. If the flames are put out before the process is finished or if there is no one with gifted power then there is no resurrection. If the flame is weakened but not completely put out the process will just take longer. Gifting: All powers can be gifted except for the resurrection power. Gifting primary power causes no significant change in power level. However gifting other powers significantly weakens his own powers. Gifting his flame manipulation decreases his own range by just short of 1 foot per person. Gifting his passive power eliminates most if not all of his energy absorption, but would need to gift the power to a large mass of people to ever fear any form of natural heat. Weakness: Resurrection power does not work well in the rain or wet places, he tends to avoid getting wet do to the nature of his abilities. However his real weakness is heights. His powers will weaken if he is ever forced into the air and if he is ever brought roughly 57 feet off of the ground or he is in a large enough free fall his powers will be blocked. (inside of buildings don't count unless he is in a free fall, like an elevator. Although he doesn't trust any building with more then three floors after an experience were he was thrown out of a tenth floor window which is when he figured out his weakness. He only survived thanks to the help of another Epic and was quick to turn his assailant into a pile of ash soon after the incident.) Name: EmberStrike He never really cared too much about where he ended up. So he ended up as a High Epic that works under another Epic of greater caliber. He feels no connection to anyone with powers weaker then his own and will treat lower Epics as if they were nothing but normal people. Due to his very short temper there are more then a few store fronts or city streets that are scarred by some of his worst outburst. The one thing he hates more then a boring life is meeting another Epic who tries to control his flames. This has caused most of the unrepairable damage in the area and has left a couple of High Epics missing. His favorite way to kill normal people is to only gift them his primary power and watch them burn as their bodies produce a flame that they are unable to control. Appearance: He has two options when it comes to what to wear either a very uninspired outfit that would match any normal person if it wasn't for all the burn marks on the clothing. Or an incredibly bland fire resistant jumpsuit (It isn't easy always being on fire). For when he is wearing his normal clothes he will control his flames to take the form of his shadow, in order to limit any damage that might be done to the clothes. His other go to form for his flames goes with the jumpsuit and takes the form of a flowing cape that depending on his mood is either matched with a full or broken halo over his head.
  2. Odium is also afraid of Sazed because of the amount of power Sazed has from holding two shards. I don't think he would come to Scadrial
  3. I also believe that Breeze was a Savant. I can't find it right now but I remember seeing a WoB saying that most Smokers would become Savants without even knowing what they were doing. As it was common belief that it was impossible to pierce a copper cloud I doubt that any smokers were flaring their metals. Because of this I assume that its possible to become a Savant without flaring however it just takes a lot longer. So in my mind Breeze was a Savant.
  4. Allomantic Bendalloy and Feruchemical Chromium would be cool. Gives you extra time to store your luck in a fairly safe bubble, and with enough luck you would be able to hit things that are outside of the bubble.
  5. I believe that it works in the same way as aluminum which will burn away any of the metals that are in your system. This is the one use that aluminum gnats get from there power.
  6. Oudeis is right, there is one mention of fish in the HoA I found it in chapter 76 of the HoA, and in my paper-back copy its on page 666.
  7. Just adding that Wayne only killed the one girls papa, her mom is still alive so she's not an orphan.
  8. I believe that the metalminds are lost, however I doubt that Sanderson is just going to leave it at that. We've seen Harmony take steps to get items/people into places where they can cause the most good. For example getting Wax to move back to Elendel, or getting Wax's chest with all his weapons to the final fight with Miles. I don't put it pass Harmony to of taken Wayne's metalminds and to have them at the ready for when Wayne will really need them. That and having Wax and Wayne both needing to recover after the story allows for a nice break before their next adventure.
  9. I would choose to be a Leecher, against other metal born I would always be able to get the upper hand (well if I trained myself enough first). My second choice would be soother, mostly because Breeze is just so beautifully manipulative.
  10. The metal that the Vanishers used was not allomantic aluminum, the proof is somewhere in the AoL but I don't have my copy on me right now. It took Wax, who is experienced in metallurgy, a good chunk of a night to come up with an idea of what the alloy was since he had never seen it before. If a mistborn or an aluminum gnat burned it the most possible result would be that the allomancer would become very sick and unable to do anything, like what happened to Vin in her attempts to discover duralumin. However the other possible outcome would be a weakened effect from the aluminum if it was close enough to pure allomantic aluminum. This could raise the question of what would the effects of a weakened impure aluminum do when burned? would some amount of your metals be left after burning the aluminum?
  11. I got a Slider!!! Being a slider would be fun but I always liked more subtle abilities like being a soother, however I'm also in love with the idea of being a chromium compounder. Kynedath how many outcomes do you have in the quiz? is it possible to get an aluminum gnat?
  12. I like the balancing part of this theory however I don't think a person would be balanced from eating a piece of atium or at least that this alone wouldn't unlock feruchemy. The main thing that turns me off from this is that it's pretty safe to say the lord ruler know about atium mistings and that he searched members of his ministry for seers, unless yomen was just a very lucky mistake. Next we know that the Lord Ruler feared someone besides himself becoming fullborn, this is why he hunted feruchemist so much. So I believe that if the lord ruler was willing to let anyone know that a atium misting was possible then there is no way that atium could grant feruchemic powers. If atium could grant feruchemic powers i believe that the lord ruler would of went to extremes in order to hide the truth about seers, he would fear other people learning about seers and that they would test atium along with the other metals when trying to force a snapping to occur. Therefore the lord ruler would of killed Yomen and anyone else the learned of seers to make sure that no one could leak the info
  13. So if a soulbearer (Nicrosil Ferring) was to become a sliver of a shard by temporarily having excess to a large chunk of that shards power, such as taking up the power at the well of ascension, would he/she be able to store that power in his/her metalmind(s)? Since shardpools are literally liquid Investiture I see no reason the soulbearer wouldn't be able to. However this brings up more questions, such as. How much nicrosil would it take to store that much Investiture? And, if the well of ascension had been stored inside of nicrosil metalminds would the power still come back in the same amount of time (1024 years)? (I believe that it would reform since there never seemed a limit of atium that formed from the pits, even when most of it was being held by the kandra and not being used). If the power did reform and instead of soulbearer we had someone like the Lord Ruler, who would be capable of compounding atium for youth and live indefinitely, how much of preservation could this person lock away if they took and stored the power of the well away multiple times? with enough time I don't see why the entirety of a shard could't be locked away, given that the person had enough nicrosil. I know that there are no real answers to most of these questions since so little is known about both nicrosil and shards/shard pools, but these are just a few of the crazy thoughts going through my head
