  1. http://www.17thshard.com/forum/topic/1729-a-late-breaking-report/ This is a word of brandon that I found that I think I base most of my theory on. It says right near the bottom that allomantic pewter can be stored in a metalmind. I'm going to assume that the metalmind in question is a pewtermind. It also mentions that it's easier to compound(probably ferucompounding). On a somewhat related note, in order to store allomancy, you might have to hack the system a bit, or do something very uninstinctive in order to do it(which would be a bit difficult since allomancy has repeatedly been mentioned to be an instinctive thing). It should be somewhat easy to hack the system, because if you can hack into any magic system in the cosmere, it should be easier to hack into the magic system of the system you use everyday, and the magic system, along with being the easiest to hack into, is relatively straight forward.
  2. There is a bit of a problem of trying to hire yourself out. There are some things that you just don't tell others, for the same reason you don't see a kandra walking around with a sign saying "Kandra for hire. Pay with atuim." As to earlier people's thoughts on how people wouldn't know about Miles compounding, you have to remember that one of the people who works with him on a regular basis is a bloodmaker almost like him. Wayne would know of the limits that you could do with gold healing, and would have figured out that something is up with Miles and confronted him about it. I think a similar thing could occur with allocompounders. They could lie and say that they are a savent, which would give them a legitimate excuse for their power and to get lots of metal(I just realized that allocompounding this way would require a lot of metal in order to work). I think that only another savent of their metal would be able to figure out that something is up with them, and confront them.
  3. They don't necessarily have to tell people that they can allocompound. All they have to do is show people insanely strong allomantic abilities, but leave them wondering about how you do it. It's the exact same method the Lord Ruler used.
  4. Hey guys. I was just thinking about you guys were talking about allocompounding being known to other, and I think that the reason why people wouldn't know about it is because they are just as ignorant of allocompounding as people in the Final Empire was ignorant of ferucompounding. Besides, allocompounding can be so useful that you wouldn't want others to know how you do it, like in WoA, Vin mentions that other people might have discovered how to kill people burning atium, but kept it to themselves to gain an unknown edge.
  5. Hey guys. I thought of a possible method of compounding allomancy. You can go over the basics. Allomancy. You eat the metal you can use then burn it. Different metals burn at different rates. You can cause the metal to burn faster to get more power. However, there is an upper limit to how much power you can get. Feruchemy. You store up attributes like speed, weight, or memories in a piece of metal that can store it. You have to spend an amount of time storing in order to use an equal amount of what you stored for an equal amount of time. If you have enough weight, you could become as heavy as the Earth for a few instants. There is no upper limit, but it is an in=out system. Compounding. If you have both Allomancy and Feruchemy, you can compound. We only know how to compound Feruchemy, but it can give some insight on how to compound Allomancy. Ferucompounding works by storing an attribute, then burning the attribute stored inside to increase the amount of attribute that is available to you, and then storing that attribute in a different metalmind. So my theory on Allocompounding works like Ferucompounding. You take the metal, burn it, then store the power released into a metalmind. This may seem a bit useless, but remember, Feruchemy(which you are now doing) has no upper limit. So you just use the power you just stored up, and use it at twice as powerful that you can do in order to compound Allomancy. Thought? Opinions? Ideas? Edit: I think there is a WoB around that says that you could store allomantic pewter in a pewtermind, but the amount and/or effort involved makes it easier to ferucompound pewter. On a different note, if this method works, you could allocompound and ferucompound at the same time.

    Hi

Hello people. I don't really plan to use this account often; just having an account when I want to post theories. Bye folks.
