  1. Cool one thing I cannot see Jasnah agreeing is this: Jasnah is like a scientist believing in objective facts/truths which she explains to Shallan in TWoK..
  2. As much as I am interested in the main story, I would like to get to know about the rest of the world just as much; particularly, Purelake, Aimia, Horneater, Reshi Isles, seemed extremely interesting worlds. So for me, it would be Rysn, Rock, Ishikk (or someone from Purelake) and Axies or
  3. Yes, there are just so many of them.. Kaladin realizing that he is a Knights Radiant, Adolin and Kaladin fighting against the four shardbearers, Dalinar exposing Amaram and also the incredible talk between Dalinar and the Stormfather at the end..
  4. right, I forgot that part.. thanks
  5. as I remember, Dalinar traded Oathbringer with Sadeas for the bridgemen. the blade he dropped was the one carried by Taln and dropped at the gates of Kholinar. correct me if I am wrong..
  6. So its going to be The Valley, Old Magic, NightWatcher, a lot of his time with Gavilar, Parshendi and also Shshsh (hopefully).. That sounds promising and exciting!! edit: forgot to mention Ryshadium..
  7. Honestly I don't really care whose flashback it would be (I am equally excited to read about Old Magic, Shinovar and the Truthless and about Eshonai's exploration), but I read the following at http://www.adriasnews.com/2015/05/brandon-sanderson-interview.html: It dates 24th May, so may be he changed his mind again?

    helaran

lots of interesting points.. don't know whether this was already mentioned (didn't notice so far), but if Helaran was a true Skybreaker, wouldn't he have killed his own father first for the (supposed) murder of his mother, and for the torturing of numerous servants in the house? did Helaran summon the blade just to scare him off or really to kill him (that he can't, being his own father) which angered Nalan?
  9. Do you mean, this one? http://www.tor.com/blogs/2014/08/stormlight-archive-scene-after-words-of-radiance these links are available at the17thshard homepage itself
  10. Kaladin is someone who has gone through a lot in his teen years despite being a decent and good nature kid.. he lost his beloved brother and lost many of his close friends, all despite his best attempt to protect them.. I can understand his prejudice towards the lighteyes, his fear (that someone might take that also away from him), paranoia (might be a result of the depression he suffered).. The way he almost killed Syl, his heartbreak as a result and how he brought her back were all sensational in my opinion.. I really liked his whole journey of realizing himself as a Radiant within the two books.. I don't think he is ever gonna go back on his word now..
  11. I guess that's because his character is most inspiring than anyone else in the book.. the way he keeps to his word, his courageousness, his willingness to help others all the same time battling his own flaws.. besides he is not super intelligent like Jasnah or Shallan and that makes him more understandable..
  12. Kaladin!! He is most inspiring and a brilliant leader despite whatever situation he is in.. But as already been said, there is too many great characters in there, it is very difficult to choose.. Kaladin and Dalinar are still at the top for me, but I would really like to see more on Axies (whose character looks very exciting, humorous and mysterious), Ishikk and Rysn..
  13. Thanks.. will surely read it.. already has bought it on my Kindle
