This leads me to believe that it is a awakened blade. Spoiler also as azure is probably Vivenna there could be some more proof. (just realized that most of you have already confirmed this) Yea... Considering she learned the Kata, as well as swords, from Vasher, is looking for Nightblood, and has a sword with the same properties, it's Vivenna.
